I love this machine. The movements are smooth and it feels super sturdy. Assembly was easy enough with 2 people. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the video that shows the guy using this machine shows a barbell and it does not come with a barbell. I ended up buying one separately. Also I got half way through assembly to find that a piece had been incorrectly welded. The seller sent a new piece out pretty quickly and was very good at communicating with me. I give their customer service a thumbs up. I wish it all came at once, there were many separate deliveries but I guess that’s just the way it has to be done. Anyone who sees it loves to jump on it and start lifting. There are so many exercises you can do with it. Oh and the bench is good quality. I have another bench and the RitFit bench is the favorite now. ... show more

The machine was shipped very fast, it all arrived within a week. The set up took about 4 hours. Overall there were a few minor scratches mostly from shipping. I couldn't expect any higher quality of shipping especially since most everything arrived quickly. The machine arrived within a few days and the rest came within the week. The media could not be loaded. I’m completely in love with the RitFit Buffalo Smith machine. I did a lot of research before finally investing into this machine. Some of the reasons I chose this system is because it has everything you could ever need, including all the attachments and bumper plates. It’s aesthetically pleasing, plus based on previous reviews I knew their customer service was excellent. Putting it together took us several hours but instructions were pretty easy to follow. The boxes came in multiple shipments and it arrived earlier than expected. Ritfit’s customer service is EXCELLENT. They answered all my questions and made sure I received all of the items included in the machine. I cannot recommend this system and company enough. Very happy and I will continue to purchase other additions to our gym from this company given how responsible and great their customer service is. ... show more

Materials are top notch. Assembly was a long process but overall easy to do with 2 people. My set was missing the second set of screws. Contacted the seller and I am awaiting a response. Customer service is not very responsive when called.
