This was just what I needed for my home gym. It does take up a large-ish "foot print" in your area compared to just a bench set for example, but for the functionality and variety of uses, it is worth it. I was able to assemble by myself in roughly 2 hours, don't let other reviews scare you. I will admit, I am a fairly handy person and I did have a 17mm socket and ratchet to use for assembly otherwise it would have taken me longer just due to the two wrenches being slower than using a ratchet to quickly tighten everything. Just a note of help - when you get to the point of assembling the pulley system - don't completely tighten any nuts until you have the cables all threaded through the wheels (the instructions will tell you to put the "wheels" on before threading the cables, so if you don't catch it you have to remove the screws in the next step to thread cables). Once you have the cables threaded through all the wheels it really finishes up quickly and works great. For the price point it is a very sturdy set, once assembled and tightened it isn't rocky or shifty at all. It is not squeaky at all either. I liked that the majority of the attachments, etc. are not permanently attached so you can take them off when you aren't using them, like the dip bars. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better home gym set. I ended up purchasing weights and 2 bars from RitFit to complete my set. I can't recommend it enough.

The Ritfit power cage is really nice it was well packaged easy to set up, I’m impressed considering the cost was minimal with Prime Days! This cage has everything I need for a workout. Their products are well made and they seem to be very good quality. The instructions were easy to follow and if you take your time nothing should cause you any issues. I wish the safety bar holes had numbers but I just added football helmet numbers so could easily distinguish where to put them quickly. Overall this Ritfit Cage and the RitFit Barbell are really nice and I would suggest anyone wanting an inexpensive setup give them your business, it’s very well made and when put together it offers a quality gym experience in a home setting

I thought this thing would be bad because its so cheap. To be honest I don't understand how they sell it for so cheap its everything you could want in a rack. The pully system is also amazing and smooth. I use a line backer attachment and stick 200+ pounds on a single pin all the time and it holds it no problem at all. After using this thing for 3 months I have a few things you should keep in mind. 1) It comes with 4 weight horns. While you use this you need weight on the weight horns or the rack will not be stable. I have tons of weight plates so its not a problem but keep in mind that you need to load up the rack with some plates so if you don't have many plates your rack will not be as stable. I always have like 100+ pounds on it so while the horns have weight on them its REALLY solid and does not wobble at all. 2) The lat pull down has no way to keep your legs in place making it unusable to be honest (anyone who does lat pulldown knows that you lift off the weight bench) without a hack. I have a swiss bar so I put the swiss bar under the saftey pins and it locks me in super tight but you have to have something or the lat pulldown is not good.

I am super happy with this workout cage. It is very sturdy and all in all I am very impressed with what you get for the price. My only complaint (and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars) is as someone who is 6'2" my grip on the bar when I'm doing bench presses seems a little wider than they had envisioned, so I my hands are dangerously close to the sides of the rack and I suspect it is only a matter of time before I pinch one of my hands very badly when putting the bar back on the rack. If it was 3 inches wider on either side (6 inches total) it would be perfect. I will definitely need to learn to narrow my grip or be super careful every time I do this. As a side note, as other reviews mentioned, when assembling the pully system, the chord needs to go in before you tighten the screws on the wheels because the objects on either end of the chord won't let you slide it through after the wheels are installed. I put the whole thing together by myself, no problem (although I did split it into two days--day one cage, day two pully system, just to save on aggravation as far as the instructions went--the instructions are clear once you get the mindset but you definitely need to sit and think a while to figure them out).
