I was trying to achieve a French Country look for my very small kitchen. This light was perfect in size for the space. Assembly and installation was easy in our case, my husband is an electrician so wiring assembly and installation took about an hour. For a person that is not mechanically inclined you may have difficulty and leaves room for miswiring of parts and could pose a problem. The arms of the fixture is prewired, however you must assemble all arms of the fixture and splice into the canopy to connect. This is beautiful! I love it! However, it took me two hours just to carefully put it together! I haven’t even hung it yet. In addition the electrical wire was very difficult to push through the Center of the unit. I feel this should have already been done. The direction are not really directions. I looked at the pictures to figure it out. Even then I struggled with one part. Over all though I think it is excellent for the Price!!! And it was fun to assemble it! ... show more

Absolutely breathtaking chandelier. Fairly easy installation. You have to look at the Amazon photos to see how to arrange the crystals. Chandelier is a bit smaller (width) than expected but was perfect for our 17 foot entry. It came in a very compact box yet was packaged very well to avoid any bending of parts. Loved the picture. Description didnt say it needs assembly and wiring. Assembly wouldve been easier if everything was in the box which it wasnt! Missing the lead wire so now I have to find a piece to wire it. Screws don't all line up very well. For over a hundred bucks, I expect not to have to get my own pieces and even wire it myself. ... show more

This chandelier is great! Just what our kitchen dining area needed. With the 5 light posts this thing puts off enough light and with the decorative crystal it creates a really nice show from the reflection of light off the crystal. Great buy if you want a little modern touch for an economic cost.

This chandelier is pretty; however, it isn’t the easiest to install. Every piece has to be assembled and there are wires on every bulb holder. I’m not an electrician and I have never seen this many individual wires to set up. It was a pretty light at a great price, but it require to much assembly work for me. ... show more
