These straps have helped me tremendously. Ive struggled with supernated pull-ups because my right elbow/arm flares away from the body while doing this exercise. Using these straps will force your hand and wrist to stay in line with the body. The hooks honestly worked great for a couple weeks. They made deadlifting heavier weights a whole lot easier and helped me keep proper form. One of the hooks broke and ripped away from the wrist strap so I can’t say that the durability was satisfactory.
