This is great, great eyeliner for we ‘old folks’ who prefer to ‘draw’ our eyeliner on with pencils/thin crayons rather than wee brushes. This is the BEST eyeliner of this type that I’ve found! It does not smear and lasts all day- except for the corners of my eye (I still have yet to find any product to avoid this- my eyes just tend to tear up in the corner). But if I keep up and just wipe the wee corner of my eye- the rest of the eyeliner stays on for HOURS! Also, it’s not ‘waterproof’ (the products that are can be great, and better for super longevity but are VERY difficult to remove at the end of the day). My local store stopped selling them so I ordered these because I love them so much! The price is good and they go on great and last all day. The color is exact. They don’t affect my eyes. It’s creamy yet somehow lasts and lasts. Not dry. Easy to use.

I've repurchased this liner for years! It's my favorite everyday reliable liner. I use it for tightlining and on my lower lashline to add a bit of natural definition. I have been ordering Rommel for years! It truly was one of the best eye liner pencils. Went on easy and never smeared. Lasted all day! I just ordered another 2 but Rommel must have changed their formula. Does not go on easy and does not last all day! I will not order again.
