I bought 3 units at the same time for my new house. The item arrived as scheduled, but I was worried because the box had arrived upside down and the styrofoam inside had been destroyed. But the product was fine. Installation was very easy, and a conversion adapter that can be used with faucets that do not fit was also included. I chose this model because it doesn't bolt to the floor. Because the drain port of the toilet in my new house is only 285mm from the wall, so fixing the bolt is impossible. But if you don't fix it, there's a little leeway. I was able to install it successfully. Naturally, I caulked around it. Auto-open, auto-flush, auto-close all work. However, the only problem is that the seat sensor is on the right leg side. Most of the products made in Japan are on the left side, so I haven't noticed it until now, but for right-handed people, the seat sensor repeats Off and On every time we wipe buttocks, so the automatic flash will be repeated many times. So the end result is a clean bowl, but I think it's noisy late at night. They should improve so that we can choose between two sensor locations. Also, most Japanese-made faucets are screw faucets, so there is no water hammer sound, but this model makes a loud noise. Especially the sound of pre-washing is too loud. There is a reason why Japanese products are expensive. Therefore, please choose this model after understanding and acknowledging it. If you choose a Japanese toilet with this feature, it will cost you four times as much. TOTO toilets with the same function have been used for more than 20 years without any problems.
