I have had this bidet+toilet for the last 2+1/2 months and for the first time integrated bidet experience, this is the best I have known. I compared them to others online through features and demo videos and I think the Kohler ones are great as well, but from the price point, this is priced way below those. One does have to spend a little time to find out the settings that work for them, but after that, it is really quick and easy. I also spent an hour's worth of plumbing charges to fix a simple leak on top of the installation charges that happened to be a manufacturing issue; the water tube to the back pump was lose and leaking, but am expecting a refund from the company for it. Everything is adjustable in terms of pressure, temperature and movement, hence the need to spend a little time to find your setting. Installation instructions could use some help. e.g. I found most plumbers uneducated to a great degree about how bidets work. First plumber, without even reading the manual, told us it needs a separate hot water line and said it can't work without a grounded power outlet. The grounded power outlet part is true, but every power outlet in the bathroom is grounded, so maybe he was just looking to get some unneeded work. I went through the manual and figured out in 5 minutes that it has inbuilt heaters for water and air and also has a battery slot if you need to use it without a power supply, so needing an extra hot water source was completely wrong. There are a couple of videos from the manufacturer on YouTube that should be linked here on this website; they describe the operation and installation as well. The tankless design makes it use 3 strong pumps in an interesting flush cycle, so you will need a power source, but the backup batter source should solve that problem somewhat. I don't know how well it is supposed to self clean, but I have to clean it much less frequently than the old style toilet. Overall, a really good purchase. ... show more

I bought this toilet and another similar model. Both has issues, the remote on this toilet never works the flush system came cracked and I can't find replacement parts anywhere the only option I have that's working on this toilet is the flush button on the side that allows you to flush in the event that the power is off. The other one is flushing, the seat warmer and blower works but nothing else works. It's now flushing automatically 10 seconds after you get up and I never turned on that feature and don't know how to turn it off. The installation was difficult as the booklet has minimal instructions and my plumber didn't have a clue so I basically walked him through it even though I didn't know what to do. In my opinion anyone purchasing these units is going to get a 6 for a 9. And Amazon should look into this and compensate persons with full refund who's purchased these units because they're shit. Looks nice and they're a conversation piece but it's crap and should be discontinued. I am highly disappointed in Amazon for carrying units as defective as these. ... show more

Complete remodel of our master bathroom and researched smart toilets. After much research we decided to try the Ove Decors Tuva. ABSOLUTELY love it! Installation was easy other than having to add an electrical outlet. Very easy to use, works awesome. Flushes toilet paper just fine but truly we no longer use toilet paper as it does just fine without it. (We initially had an issue with the water pressure but only because the valve was not completely open - after opening it, no issues at all). We have decided to purchase a 2nd one for our main floor as we are now only using the Ove Tuva for #2. ... show more

After having an older Ove model (the one with the big clunky grey remote that goes by multiple names), I can say that this one is significantly superior. It's has a much better remote, is smaller and sleeker, has more flushing power, cleans itself better, and is waayyy easier to install due to the toilet being lighter and the mounting nuts being easier to access. I'd give it 5-stars but the product did have multiple manufacturing QC issues and the design could be improved without adding much if any expense. There was one factory installed fitting that leaked because the factory had not screwed on a metal nut to the plastic threads appropriately, causing the connection to be stripped, which ultimately caused a leak to become apparent in the first few test flushes. This was remedied by Ove sending out a new fitting and carefully aligning the nut to the threads (access through the bottom of the toilet). The phone customer service was very good and even though the part was coming from a different country it came in only 3 days. There were a couple of the other factory connections that leaked because they were not tight enough, so I had to tighten them by wrench. Also, there was kinked hose that had been crammed in the back of the toilet by the factory so therefore it would re-kink easily in the same spot unless it was carefully positioned. Not complicated fixes, but it was a burden to install the toilet, remove, and later have to reinstall. If it hadn't been for those issues the install would have taken me about 20 minutes since it's fairly simple. I'd buy the toilet again (and likely will for another bathroom), but prior to install I'd make sure the fitting accessible through the bottom of the toilet is not stripped, I'd tighten all factory connected fittings, and be mindful of kinked hose. There are Kohler and Toto products with similar or superior features (and likely better QC), but they cost significantly more. If this price is already at the top of your smart toilet budget, then this is the one to go with right now. ... show more
