The product is fine, but I am surprised it arrived in one piece. It is new in a sealed bag, but that is it they shipped it in a bag, not a box. It was not boxed at all. I give them 5 stars, but please package feature orders in a box to protect it.

Works with existing batteries, cuts well with good blades (T type). Can in a plastic bag not sure what's up with that!

Freedom from the cord! It's decently made, certainly not as good as my old corded Bosch. If you use a jigsaw a lot and don't mind a cord, the Bosch was a dream. Soooo well made and soooo smooth and soooo precise. The Ridgid isn't as good as my old Bosch, but it is cordless. No more bringing out the cord or finding a place to plug into if I was doing a job away from home. The Ridgid gets the job done. ... show more
