I wish I never had to use this, and I hate how expensive it was, but it works. It’s also way cheaper than a plumber. It’s really useful when you’re in a temporary rental and the kids’ toilets clogs after every use and the chemicals don’t work at all. From the little bit of research I did, this is one of those where you get what you pay for. Functionality is good. I didn't expect it to be so cumbersome and heavy. I had a smaller one prior that broke after years of use. This one is sturdy and built better than what I had but it's not as easy to use. I'd expect a plumber to have one like this.

Does the job & doesn't scratch toliet bowl. Read the instructions & some of these reviews offer good advice. It's a quality product, heavy duty & should last for years. It looks like professional equipment a plumber would have for daily use on the job. Not cheap junk likely to break.
