This is the third one I buy. Everyone asks me how much I paid for this light. I can only say that it is spectacularly beautiful. The last one that I have not installed yet. One of the lamps arrived broken. It took a while but they finally replaced the part that came broken. It's really worth buying.

We got this for our master bedroom. It looks beautiful even though it’s not my test, but my wife really like this one. The only bad thing I have to say about this product is the lack of instructions. I am a very handy guy, I love to assemble furniture , and build stuff, as long as I have a good “ how to assemble “ directions. This item came with on sheet of paper telling in half words how to assemble. It gives you a link on YouTube so you can try to follow directions , but really doesn’t help much! Especially on the electrical part. I am a appliance repair technician , so I have a good idea on how to take this apart and put it together , so I really think a average person with no skills on assemble things will have a hard time putting this together. Let me start with” Love the Chandelier”. It’s everything you glittery, Boujie, baroque, Parisian you are looking for. To be honest I started looking with a modern style chandelier but most if not all are over expensive with short on light, quality and style. This I had no regret buying. It was fairly easy to install if you watch enough YouTube videos, but very time consuming. My husband kept complaining that some parts could’ve been put together when arrived. The most important tool you need to install this is your patience. But I think the parts arrived very secured and well packed to avoid breakage. However the styrofoam was very thin. Better with professional installation, painted accessories in gold and changed the top hold in bigger size, changed wire and chain, suggest manufacture make some gold color accessories as option as well, it is beautiful chandeliers after all. Seller responded fast, service is good. Recommended!

The chandelier is GORGEOUS! If you’ve got the time to put it all together.... It’s totally worth it! I did have one damaged chandelier arm when it all arrived, but I don’t necessarily blame the seller for that. They were great and actually sent me a repair of the part that was broken, free of charge, but unfortunately that came damaged as well. We went ahead and installed anyways and you honestly can’t even tell! It looks stunning In my soon-to-be salon, even with a missing arm! 😅 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE this chandelier. I had our electricians put it together and hang it up. It was easy enough for them, had no issues. Everything came in the box, nothing missing, nothing broken. It looks stunning and is super affordable. Everyone thinks we spent thousands of dollars on it. #winning ... show more

Beautiful chandelier but I received short chain, short wires, missing bolts and one of the candle sockets was messed up. Contacted customer service and they refused to help in anyway. So disappointing.. we had to purchase new wires and new sockets. The wires were very thin anyway. Thick wires are better for the amount of electricity coming through a 15 light chandelier. So I feel like I restructure the entire light fixture using their pieces. So kudos to me. Still adding the crystals but this is what I have so far ... show more
