Product description declared it would not streak, but my driveway looks like a zebra, wet or dry. I went over each area twice, forward and backwards and it still left stripes. The picture does not do the stripping justice. Customer service from this company is 1000% better than I expected. Ordered the 15” power washer attachment, product write up stated will not streak. First use, my driveway looked like a zebra. Wrote a review about the attachment streaking. Company sent me an e-mail within a day or two to correct the problem. Sent me a new one in less than a week. 2nd one works great. I understand that manufactured items may not always work the way they are supposed to, but when a company goes above and beyond to correct a defect, that company deserves recognition.     • Time saver - consider getting a water broom too . . .
OMG! So happy I purchased this surface cleaner. It definitely is a time saver. Just let it hoover over a spot for a couple of seconds and you will have 15 inches of clean. I used it to clean the patio area, driveway, and sidewalks. Mold had claimed everything, but the surfaced cleaner made the job much easier then a pressure washer alone. The surface cleaner removed the mold and dirt, but it left behind a lot of dirty water which needed to be swooshed off my long driveway. I can see where a water broom would be a good companion for the surface cleaner to quickly push the dirty water out of the way when cleaning larger areas. I spent more time flushing away the dirty water then actually cleaning. ... show more

    • Works well. Would be better if resolved issue with the nut loosening.
The washer worked as expected. Please note that the material that you are washing away from the surface tends to accumulate under and around the unit. So occasionally you have to wash this away. The pressure washer with the normal nozzle without this unit takes care of itself. The other comment would be that the plastic nut that holds this unit together has come loose several times. I will follow instruction of another owner and drill a small hole in the housing through the nut and put a wire so the nut won’t come loose. Should be an easy fix. But other than those comments the unit has performed well. I would buy it again. ... show more

I bought this Unit, not knowing if my 1700PSI pressure washer could do the job..., Well now, this Disc worked awesomely. I have a 12x88 foot deck and have pressure washed it a number of times..., saw this unit on a YouTube Video, it looked so awesome I bit the bullet and sent for one (not the same brand that he had), and went to work..., Did I say work, it was more like child's play, so much fun to do, so much faster, and very little for the pressure washer nozzles, (Just getting to the areas that i couldn't reach with the Disc...) I a word, this unit is a WOW... hope you try one... ... show more

    • quick fix
As has been reported, one of my nozzles blocked after a short time of use, which results in the unit not operating at all. Rather it than replace with one of the included replacement nozzles or following cleaning instructions, I just inverted the surface cleaner and blasted the blocked one with one of my higher pressure nozzles without the surface cleaner attached to my pressure washer, keeping the rotator still with my foot. I was careful not to pressure wash my foot. This resulted in operational restoration, with about 25 seconds invested in the fix. ... show more

    • Great tool makes pressure washing so much easier!
The only reason for the 4 stars is b/c the first time my husband used this it broke. He called the company who makes it and they said that they are sending him a new one. He called a few months ago and still has not received it. I will say that my husband was loving the attachment until it broke. He said that he had gotten the job done in half the time with this. I will follow up with another review if/when we receive the replacement. ... show more
