For a loose fit, I can typically buy a size L, but for this Lee jacket, I required the XL. (I am 5'6', 145 lbs). The jacket works but the fit is not as comfortable as I like - tight but quite long arms. I am 5'2" and 135 lbs. I bought a medium. I bought Falling Star--light blue. I tried 3 different Wrangler denim jackets. The small was too small. The medium was way too large. And the 3rd was a different style and made for flat-chested women. Compared to other jackets I owe this was a skimpy medium. I usually wear either a small or medium depending if I want to layer or not. I got a medium to layer but will not be able to layer in this. Hesitated to go to a large as the sleeves were plenty long and the shoulders were perfect. Just a smidge tighter than I would want for layering in the bust. It may stretch a bit so it might still work. After 4 tries I finally have a denim jacket I can wear. I may buy it in another color eventually as it is comfy. The Wranglers were heavier and much stiffer and the sizing was inconsistent. ... show more

I LOVE this jacket! I don’t write many reviews, but I felt like I had to say some thing about this. If you are unsure about trying it, please give it a shot. I normally wear a LG but after reading the reviews I went with XL. If you are more on the busty side I would definitely size up. The jacket is perfect! It pairs great with jeans and dresses, doesn't wrinkle, fits as expected, has just the right amount of stretch. Funny thing is that I bought it, wore it at least a couple of weeks before I realized it has inside pockets for cell phone, cash, etc! Now I'm wondering how I ever got along without it! ... show more

I've needed a new jean jacket for a while and had this in my cart for weeeeeeeks while I decided. I'm glad I went with this one! I ordered an XL and the sleeves are quite long (I'm 5'1 with short everything) but I prefer the rolled look anyway. I wore this out on a chilly evening and it wasn't warm enough but it did keep me warmer than nothing. The pockets are the perfect size and I always love a good inside pocket. I have a denim jacket but wanted one in a darker wash. Now this is my go to. I love the way the cut skims my torso, and the material has a bit of stretch that makes it completely comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I could've saved myself the return hassle by purchasing Amazon's suggested size. Every other jacket I own is a size Large, so I ordered that. The jacket was way too tight in the waist and I could not button it. If you are at all thick in the midsection, take note of that when selecting your size.

I got medium blue and I love the color. The material is a nice weight. It does run a little small. I got XS and I am keeping it, although it’s too tight to wear over a heavy layer. Measurements for XS are same as for a different brand of the same size and this one fits tighter. The right sleeve was tighter than the left. I sprayed the right sleeve and got it fairly wet, then wore it until it dried. Now the right sleeve fits fine. Overall, I like the jacket. ... show more
