Bought this collar for my beautiful dog that likes to claw collars off, or chew them up. This collar is wide enough and sturdy enough that she was not able to pull it off, and no longer attempts to do so! The "keeper" strap, the loop that holds the excess length of the collar strap down once the collar is fastened, is in just the right place, so that there is not enough strap left sticking out loose for her to chew on. The metal buckle and keeper strap are thick and sturdy, and have held up when on the leash, no issues. The color of the collar is a beautiful purple, actually even prettier than I expected, as you can never really tell about colors when seen on monitors, as every monitor differs. The crystals are nicely faceted and have great shine, and there were no missing crystals upon receipt, and are all still present after about three weeks of use. I'm very happy, and highly recommend!

I ordered this collar for my Pitt mix and it fits her perfectly! Before ordering I read other reviews and I am so glad I did, I would have ordered her the XL not thinking twice but I went with the L per other reviews and it is perfect, not too big or small, If I need to adjust it in the future there is room to do so. As for the "bling" it is SO SPARKLY! It looks great in the sunlight when we are out for a walk. She has only had it a few days but I would not hesitate to order another in the future. It is well made and VERY sturdy. The width is a bit wide so I would say only dogs with thicker necks would look good in it but for pits, great danes, bull dogs, etc. it would be great! The collar is very pretty and very sturdy. It is very wide and thick though so I don't think I'd use it for a small dog, but we have a Shephard so it's perfect.

The collar is sturdy the only thing is the color wears off of it pretty quickly so if you want it to look like new for awhile don't get this collar. I couldn't find anything else similar without having to pay over $100 so we're dealing with it. I understand that the more expensive ones are specially made and I love and appreciate those that put that work in for our furbabies I just can't afford that. This collar is pretty sturdy though other than the cracks in the color. The stones haven't fallen out, yet. I've had the collar for almost 3 weeks so far. She's an older dog so she isn't super active.

I actually purchased this in a size up originally, but it was a bit large for our 40lb Stafffordshire Terrier. We bored a hole to make it fit, but we were so impressed with how it held up we decided to spring for the right size. Our girl is a ruff and tumble kind of gal. She plays rough at the dog park and is in constant need of a bath. She's also very enthusiastic on a leash, and would probably drag us along if she were any bigger. Even so I've never worried about her color breaking under the strain. Right out of the box its obvious that this is a sturdy item. The hardware is of good quality, and the collar itself is thick and rigid. The rhinestones, despite all the abuse, are all still in place. They also have just as much sparkle as when we first bought it as the collar is easily cleaned with a sponge in the kitchen sink. Our dog seems quite comfortable, although I should say we don't typically have her in a collar unless we're going out. Love that we didn't have to compromise function for style!

I bought 2 collars for my Danes 2nd Birthdays. I just wanted that funny picture where the dogs are all glitized up (because they sure aren't like that in REAL LIFE) Naturally, I didn't want to pay too much for them as I thought it was a sort of "joke" collar. These are well made, top quality leather collars! The studs are sparkly & there are no prongs holding the studs so no dogs or people get poked. I bought the biggest made because of the girls neck measurements. They fit very well. Almost too big. The hardware is silver & heavy with a big D ring to attach a lease. WE love the collars, thinking about getting 2 in red as well (we bought purple this time). These collars are worth the price.
