    • Works perfectly
Size: 7.0 GPM (No WiFi) Color: Gray
Shipped fast, package was in great shape, installed replacing my old Unit in 40 mins. Works great for a 1 shower, 1 bath, all faucets running at the same time. 120 degrees in 10 seconds. I'm a handyman by trade and would recommend this over most units. However, it's only been a week. If I have problems, I'll be back with an update. ... show more

    • Easy install, just two corks I didn’t like
Size: 7.0 GPM (No WiFi) Color: Gray
The installation of this outdoor tankless water heater was very simple and straightforward. The total installation time was approximately 1½ hours. There are two things about the unit that I didn’t particularly like: 1. **No electrical cord included:** Unlike some other brands, this unit does not come with an electrical power cord, so one has to be purchased separately. 2. **Thermostat design:** The thermostat comes with a long insulated cord and a separate white thermostat box. In my opinion, the thermostat should be built directly into the body of the unit. There really isn’t a good place to mount the external thermostat box. I ended up tucking the thermostat inside the unit because there was nowhere practical to mount it. Overall, the installation was easy, but I think the electrical connection and thermostat design could be improved. ... show more

    • Horrible Experience, don't buy this!
Size: 7.0 GPM (No WiFi) Color: Gray
I wish I could leave negative stars! we received a unit that is defective, the electrical system doesn't work, the warranty people gave me the runaround and tell me they'll send an electrician within a business day, customer service had a bad attitude, freaking awful experience, no hot water for a long time and not much support. I would definitely buy any other unit and stay away from Rheem!! ... show more

    • Replacing electric water heater
Size: 7.0 GPM (No WiFi) Color: Gray
Installed this to transition my water heating to gas for economy. This unit hung on the basement wall and didn't require an enclosure except for some sheet metal to encase the feed pipes. Original heater was left in place and valved off as a backup. This unit produces a nice flow of hot water that continues until you shut the water off. It takes a bit longer to heat up due to the gas startup and the added 12' of piping which is to be expected, but it is only about 5 to 10 seconds depending on which faucet is being used. It only runs when the water is turned on, so no tank heating is required. I think it is going to save me a noticeable amount on my electric bill even after the gas bill hits. ... show more
