This is a really nice pillow for a really great price. I've tried a lot of these pillows at different price points. The main thing I noticed at the lower end, usually, is that the foam can be poor quality. It will have hard pieces and different bits of whatever, not really feel or behave like memory foam. Not with this pillow. The foam is clean, consistent, good quality foam mixed with polyester fibers. The pillow is soft and squishy yet supportive. The cover is also very nice, and soft. This is definitely one of the best pillows I've tried at any price. Really a higher price doesn't necessarily mean better quality either. I've learned you really shouldn't need to spend a fortune on a pillow, but there is some trial and error especially when ordering online. I am a side and back sleeper, however since you can adjust this pillow, not sure it even matters. I highly recommend giving this one a try! ... show more

Perfect pillows! The outer cover that is removable and can be washed is a plus. The ability to add or subtract the filler is wonderful, however, the amount that was inside the pillow when received was perfect. I no longer have to use 2 pillows and these do not sink in the middle. Also, there is NO odor. I opened them, let them sit for 24 hours, and then threw them in my dryer for 30 minutes with a fabric sheet. Perfect! ... show more

Have been using the pillows for about a week and, so far, I am very happy with them. I bought four pillows for our king bed thinking that my husband and I would each need two. So far, we are finding that two each is too much. We will probably use the extra stuffing that comes with the pillows to add a bit of girth and go with one each. The pillows came on time in a cylinder all compressed. You have to be VERY careful when cutting open the plastic because the moment you puncture the bag the pillow starts expanding. Once you take it out of the bag, it expands to almost its size. It does need to be fluffed by whatever means. The company gives several suggestions. The pillow does have a chemical odor which will dissipate after a couple of days, so I'd suggest airing it somewhere you don't need to be. They suggest a dryer on air dry, but I found that didn't do the job. I do have to say though, after it "aired", the first night the pillow seemed a bit stiff or "hard" but still moldable. I have now used it for 1 month & it has formed & held my head right where I want it to & I've had some of the best sleep I've ever had. Do recommend if you are a back or side sleeper. ... show more
