I bought this mostly out of curiosity and expected something far more questionable. Instead, I’m genuinely charmed by it. The translucent blue shell gives it strong Neo Geo Pocket/Game Boy Color-era vibes, the screen looks good for the size, and the illuminated analog sticks are delightfully unnecessary. It also came with a surprisingly nice zippered carrying case, charging cable, instructions, and accessories. For around $50, it feels like a complete little product rather than just a loose emulator device tossed into a box. It handles older systems well and is a fun way to browse through a huge collection of retro games. The interface and packaging have that wonderfully strange off-brand handheld energy—“Recall your childhood, share the happiness”—and honestly, they succeeded. Performance on more demanding systems is inconsistent. Mine includes Vice City Stories, but it can barely survive the introduction, so do not buy this expecting flawless PSP emulation. Think of higher-end games as ambitious bonus content rather than a guarantee. For NES, SNES, Genesis, Game Boy, arcade games, and similar older systems, though, this is an entertaining and very likable little machine. It is colorful, portable, comes with a case, and has far more personality than I expected at this price. Pros: Great retro look, nice screen, included case, lots of games, excellent value. Cons: Demanding PSP games can run poorly, and the software is a little rough around the edges. For $50, I’m more amused and impressed than disappointed

It took 2 units to make one eventually work. One dead screen, the replacement had empty SD card, no games. Return and replace went smooth.

Received and have nothing but great times to report back to others. This item doesn't feel cheap and has decent battery life. My kiddos have put this through the ringer. They have yet to play ALL the games available. I have a few emulator handhelds and hands down this one has the most game selection out the box. I didn't forget, the screen and resolution looks great. Recommended for anyone that loves to retro game.

Only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because time tell how it holds up, thing is great so far. For the price, being able to emulate so many classic games with no delay, no download, no wifi, is fantastic. Some of the more demanding emulations are a liiiittle choppy at times but I can guarentee you the original hardware for most of the games included would have ran them worse! Perfect present for the person who has free time and enjoys video games but has no consoles.

Fun but trash. Battery stopped working after 5 months and maybe 40hrs of playtime.

I have a lot of experience running RetroPi on Raspberry Pi systems, and the concept of these front-end emulators such as this system. The interface is great, the games run great, there is a lot of bang-for-buck, and the screen is very clear and bright, and seems to have perfect 1:1 pixel ratio. Overall, I would say this is a great value, even comes with carrying case and charging cable. I wanted something very portable to take around and play, and this fit the bill. Special Kudos: Being able to run N64, Sega Dreamcast and Play Station (PS1) titles in smooth 3D with decent FPS is impressive for such a small device Being able to customize the RGB lights (or turn off) from the settings, and a built in GUI based user manual are nice touches, along with being able to join a Wi-Fi for network play. My minor list of "issues:" Atari 8-bit collection is limited to roughly a dozen or so Atari 2600 titles, nothing for the 5200 or 7800, not the end of the world, but there are some great ports for those systems that I wish were included, and I will try to add to the SD card. The Arcade selection makes up for the lack of Atari 8-bit options since most of the better Atari games were arcade ports, and the originals run great. Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) has games with a unique number attached to each title, so they don't sort by game name, but by the unique number system assigned to them. Famicom and Super Famicom - why these are included in these retro bundles is always a mystery, there are basically random Japanese games only available in Japan that most causal gamers aren't interested in, unless you are super fan of the history and versions of older systems Many box art, screen shots and sample clips are missing from most of the Nintendo games, probably because they are named custom Final thoughts: Overall, a great system for the price, and highly functional, and highly playable, the build quality seems satisfactory for the price point. If you have large "man hands" such as I, you may feel a little cramped using the analog stick and button mashing after extended periods, I'd suggest taking breaks, and doing some stretches to the thumbs, especially I feel is a good enough value to recommend to any retro gaming fan.

I am really enjoying the bright, crisp screen. Plenty of games to go through. As someone who has played all the old games when they came out, I find it really brings back most of the nostalgic feel. Next doctor's appointment, I have plenty of games that have zero need for a WiFi connection. I do wish it could support Bluetooth headsets instead of wired ones.

Was going so well until button broke d pad. Right button seems it lost connection or attachment. Other than short life of buttons the game selection, screen, and use prior to is great. Would consider buying again if updated d pad.
