I use this on my waterline only so this review is from that standpoint. It has a texture that goes on fairly easily, not too soft or too hard. It does not transfer once applied. The black-brown color I chose shows up well without being too dark like black, which I like for myself. It lasts for most of the day before I touch it up if I am going out. The sharpener is built into one end of the liner which is convenient. I don’t use it much because the end then breaks off the first time I use it after a sharpening. This is my favorite eyeliner. I have all the colors. Glides on like butter. Stays on all day, and I work in construction. That is an amazing feat!
