This is one of my favorite eyeliners ever. The color is gorgeous and is perfect for blue or green eyes. Sometimes, the formula can separate in the bottle, but it always has worked well if I remember to shake it before using it. The applicator is very thin but holds product well, making it easy to draw sharp wings or stay close to the lash line. If you use it every day, the product does go quickly, but it's worth the price you pay for it and more! Easy to use, dries quickly, and non-irritating to the eyes (even if you accidentally get it directly on the eyeball which I don't recommend anyway). I've also never known it to smudge or stay sticky. The media could not be loaded. This is my go to liquid eyeliner. 🙌🏽🙌🏽 It’s easy to use, does not clump up or crepe up on your eyelids. The color is sharp and the bottle lasts a long time. I have it on a monthly subscription since it’s so affordable. It’s great for oily eyelids, does not smear as the day goes by. I bought this because I finally decided at 30 years old to learn how to do a (subtle) wing. The brush tip is just perfect: small and precise and not too stiff and not too flexible. The formula isn't the best though. It's not waterproof (but it doesn't advertise as such) and it's pretty "smudge" resistant BUT it flakes off throughout the day. The "wing" stays fine, but the eyeliner on my actual eyelid flakes off A LOT. After 10ish hours, it about 50% gone. So I use it just for the wing but then on my actual eyelid I use Revlon's Skinny Liquid Liner (I have NO idea why they have a different formulation) ... show more

I have purchased this eyeliner before, and it is now my favorite - after trying many, many others. Unfortunately, when it was last sent to me, it was defective, with no brown color in it. I asked to return it, but before I could go to the return center, and only a few days after I requested the return, Revlon sent me a new one. I was in perfect condition. I made a mistake assuming that, as it was an inexpensive item and I received a replacement almost immediately, I decided it was not necessary to return the defective one. Just now, I received a notice that Revlon is still waiting for the returned defective product. I am sorry because I threw it away. I cannot return it. I am impressed with Revlon's customer service and did not intend to take advantage of it . Please advise. ... show more

I've been on a quest for the perfect liquid eyeliner for many years. This one is not it for me, but I'll share the good and bad things about it from my point of view. I am so happy the tube is designed so the cap doesn't fall off. The shape is still a tube, and similar to mascara which is simple genius, and revolutionary, considering $10-15 eyeliners where the cap falls off in your purse and both ruins your purse and wastes the product. And gets your hands all dirty. So +1 right away for the product container design! The applicator wand tip is a long, thin brush. I prefer a shorter, more precise felt tip (like Almay) but I am able to work with this even though I have to go over the lines multiple times for the width I want, increasing odds for errors. I like dark brown. This brown is lighter brown with some subtle metal flake or glitter in it. I don't like that. As someone in their 40s, I'm not looking to wear glitter in my eyeliner. There is enough glitter in the eyeshadow I wear and I didn't expect it. The full line itself also looks to me like it puffs a little bit when it dries, but if you touch it, it is still flat. It's the look, at least on my eyes. It does stay more than 24 hours. So if you like it, you've got it! I also like that it does not smudge if you accidentally wipe your eyes.
