Yea, I really like this product. I was losing eyebrow hair, and my always long and full eyelashes were thinning out and diminishing. I was really distraught. I was always known for my full eyebrows and long eyelashes. I used Rodan but developed an infection in my eye ducts...go figure. I never thought that would happen or even knew medically of that possibility. I stopped that product and started this weeks later and I love it. I have noticed a significant difference in my eyelashes. Long and full again and more importantly, no duct infection. Eyelashes are long and full...I am so happy with this product and love that a portion goes to a good cause. I will continue. Even though the product has a small amount I can manage to last a bit over a month and cost to productivity is totally worth it for me. I highly recommend.

This is my second purchase of this product. It really works! My lashes grew so long. I’m only dropping a star because I feel like they changed the container in that it squeezes off a lot of the product as you remove the wand. Not terrible, just means you have to reload another time for each eye. Overall, I love this product and it really works.

First, this product works. Even with application every other day, it works. After a few months you will have longer fuller lashes. That said, there are definitely concerns with using this product. First, it can cause darkening of the skin on your eyelid (and even potentially darkening of your iris). After using this for a few months, I had long full lashes, but also darkening of the skin above my lashline, and I had the distinct impression that my eyelids appeared slightly droopier. You may be so wowed by your thick lifted lashes that you don’t notice this, but I do find it concerning, especially when I think about long term use of this product. I would love amazing lashes, but not at the cost of dark droopy eyelids after a number of years. The ingredient doing most of the real work in this product is Dechloro Dihydroxy Difluoro Ethylcloprostenolamide. This is a prostaglandin analogue. Prostaglandin is a hormone that has a bunch of wide ranging effects, many of which we likely still don’t understand. When you’re just topically applying it to your lashline, this may not be too concerning, but I think it’s important to understand that you are applying a hormone directly to your lashline, and that is the very reason this product is effective. Prostaglandin analogues were originally used as a glaucoma treatment (which they do work for) and someone noticed that patients experienced the happy side effect of thick lustrous lashes. Most effective eyelash growth serums contain some sort of prostaglandin analogue, and these days there seem to be about a million of them out there. Will I continue to use this product? Probably not right now. It’s pricey and I am concerned about my eyelid darkening. That said, I might try this or another similar serum for a few months at a later date if I am feeling the need for really beautiful natural lashes even at a cost.

I have been using this product for the last two years. My neighborhood girlfriends and introduced me and I will never not use this. It is a bit pricey, but I promise you with consistency. It is worth it. I noticed that my lashes don’t necessarily look long and thick without mascara, but once I put mascara on, they’ve never looked more thick and full. Just be aware, that when you stop using it, it will lose, it thickness in length so consistency truly is key.

For starters I’ve been blessed with long lashes but I’m blonde and my lashes are light so I was researching products that were “safe” that could possibly darken and thicken them. I already had been using coconut oil on my lashes for about a year or two prior but read this had something special that could darken my almost blonde lashes. I was super excited to try this product because I had read such good things about it. I even took before pictures without makeup to compare the difference but unfortunately the results weren’t so great. I never got any improvement of length or thickness that I’m aware of. If I did get any difference it may have made my lashes slightly darker but not enough to say for sure. Probably one of the first things I noticed was my eye lashes were getting abnormally crusty. My eyes didn’t seem irritated so I didn’t know if that meant I was using too much but I feel like the application was difficult to tell if anything was even on my lashes. I felt like it took forever to coat my lashes and once they finally were covered they dried almost hard. Again I thought maybe it was me but I was confused because I thought this was supposed to be a conditioner and it almost dried the consistency of hair spray. I read and reread the instructions a million times and did some online research to double check I was doing it correct. I tried using less, tried using an spooly, tried steaming my face first etc, and to no avail it kept drying that strange consistency. As strange as the consistency was I didn’t mind as long as it worked and I was just happy I didn’t have an eye infection or some sort of horrible reaction because of my sensitive skin! To me crusty eyes may have meant a couple things but again because I didn’t have irritation I was okay with it until part two happened…. I thought I was going nuts but my lashes literally kept falling out. To the point my left eye lid had a bald spot. Yet I didn’t attribute that to the lash conditioner until it kept occurring. That’s when I finally got curious and searched the reviews for both the crustiness and the fall out and apparently it’s not super uncommon. Finally let’s address the price. In my opinion I was willing to spend a little more on a product if it worked but it was expensive to begin with in comparison to other similar products. The fact I get better lash conditioning with coconut oil that is a 1/3 of the price (or less) and will last me a year is unacceptable to me. So in conclusion though I can’t indefinitely say it was this product that caused the crusty lashes and the fall out, I’m pretty confident because that’s the only thing that’s different in my routine. I 100% won’t be purchasing this again because I had no definitive improvement and I’m fairly sure the “darkening” I may have seen was just my missing lashes finally growing back before they’d fall out again. If you want my opinion, (if your skin allows) get a good organic coconut oil that’s the liquid form, wash your face and use like a drop of the oil on your clean fingers to gently coat your lashes, gently wipe off the access after a minute or so and wash the area around your eyes, wait for your lashes to dry before putting on makeup. It may not cause your lashes to darken or thicken but I bet you it will help them grow stronger. It’s also great for getting water proof makeup off your eyes. I’m sure you already know this but trust me it worked better than this product.
