This is perfect! Both my tablet and phone with their cases on 'fit' well. It's comfortable on my lap. The big plus is that, not only does it stay in place, but even while I am sitting in my rocking recliner! I rest my tablet on one side to charge it, and use the opposite side to use my phone. My carpal tunnel in my wrist is much better now that I don't have to hold it in my hand. Sometimes I gently rest part of my hand on one side of my phone. My stylus fits nicely in the grooves. I ordered this on Thursday afternoon after having surgery on my foot and found myself stuck in a recliner with my foot up and nothing to do. I figured since I was sitting here I could get my Bluetooth keyboard out and write on my phone but found it kind of awkward and cumbersome trying to type on my phone and prop my phone up so that I can see my screen without a falling over. I've seen these before and have thought about getting one for occasions where I'm sick and bed or wanting to read in bed or something so that I don't have to hold my phone up the whole time. When it said delivery between 5:00 and 10:00 p.m. I was a little skeptical that it would really happen but placed the order hoping to be able to have it to use that day and sure enough it arrived that night so that I could start using it! It's very soft and silky and matches the colors of my spa room which will be nice for future use when I'm not trapped in the living room. The little ridges are sturdy and hold my slippery little phone well and I'm glad that either side has a different degree of steepness or angle depending on what you're using this for and how you're sitting. For me I found the way I'm sitting in my chair the steeper side wouldn't work as well because my phone would just fall forward onto my lap so I'm using the less steep side and it works nicely. My boyfriend on the other hand was a little irritated that I ordered this because while it's not large it's not particularly small either and says it's just another piece of junk to take up room around the house lol I intend to use this again in the future if ever I'm sick or something so I'm going to try to find a nice tucked away place for it to live when it's not in use and unfortunately if I can't find anywhere for it to go it may need to go back but I really like it and it solves my problem perfectly! I tried to take a picture to show how I'm using it unfortunately I would have my phone sitting in it but I'm taking the picture with my phone so all you see is my keyboard in the photo. Can’t really be too mad at how it came and how it looks because they had to seal it tight, but it works fine! Holds my phone good. It’s soft and comfortable, good with the angle adjustment and build quality okay. The weight of it is very light and it’s flexible.

I was a bit worried when opened the box & saw it vacuum packed, but I opened the bag & let it sit for 2-3 hours & it was fine. I did "plump" it a couple of times to help the process along. If you have the iPad, 13 inch, and you try to use this in portrait mode, you’re taking a risk with it slipping off. It works fine in landscape mode. I use a magic trackpad so I’m not touching the screen. That is one work-around.
