As a mom of a long-haired boy with 4A/4B curly hair, I have to say that this entire system is Aces in my book. The hair oil, though, is unbeatable. I apply it to my son's hair at night (just the oil, no need to even mix it with a leave-in), put on his satin cap, and in the morning, his hair is soft and movable. I've never tried a hair oil that doesn't just sit on top of the hair. This one soaks in, making his curls soft and manageable. While I recommend all of Rev's hair products, this oil with the included pointing tip is my absolute favorite. And to give you some perspective, this review is coming from someone who returned the blow dryer—I wasn't a huge fan of the price versus the results. But baby, the moisturizing hair care line did NOT disappoint. It was actually a pleasant surprise! I totally recommend the whole line, but this hair oil is a must-have! Five stars all the way!

I haven't used this directly on my scalp, but I have used it on my hair. My hair tends to be on the dry side. This oil gives it some added hydration that makes it look healthier. I use it sparingly so it doesn't weigh my hair down. I use more on my ends as my hair gets more unhealthy towards the ends. It contains a variety of oils including jojoba, olive, and coconut oils. It smells nice. I really appreciate that this is a cruelty free and vegan friendly product.

This is a creamy water based leave in conditioner. I used it on my Afro textured hair and while it provides moisture it was temporary for me. It’s definitely something I would have to use daily to keep my hair from drying. Th is product may be better suited to looser textures.

I really like this pre shampoo scalp detox. The bottle shape makes it really easy to apply to scalp and hair roots without wasting any. It feels really refreshing and like it's helping to clean your scalp. I shampoo it out after massaging it in good with a silicone scalp massager, then follow up with conditioner, and it has really helped a lot with my fine, curly hair. It is lightly scented.
