  • Quality feel
Color: Black Cyan
I really like these journals that have a quality feel about them. I like the flex and the weight and paper quality AND price

  • Bullet Journal
Color: Black Black
Been using these for years as my personal bullet journal. Perfect for this method. Love that there are 2 bookmarks, thick pages, and built in page numbers. Life changing.

  • Nice larger notebook for bullet journals
Color: Black Black
I like this notebook for bullet journaling. The typical smaller size for bujos never work for me because I tend to write too large. Using a journal this large means I can write naturally and not fill a page in 20 seconds. There is very little bleed-through (unless you're using Sharpies). I typically write with Pigma brush markers and Pigma Microns and there is zero bleed through. I like the dotted pages. The dots are dark enough to be useful but not so dark they are too visible. I also like that the pages are numbered. I also like that I get two journals for a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a larger journal for your bujo, give this one a go. ... show more

  • Ideal for the way I Bullet Journal
I have been bullet journaling for years- and have used a ton of different journals. For me, this one is great, here’s why. This may help some of you realize that it will (or will not) work for you. —Dot spacing is helpful for me as I dislike super wide spacing, but the dots are pale enough that when I have a write-bigger-day I can use them for linear guidance but not worry about fitting into one line. (Not well said, but that’s what I like: guidance/structure, without rigidity for my writing) — thickness of paper is good for my pens (Uniball Jet-stream, either .38 or .5, black) and color pencils (Prismacolor). I do not like to do super dark, bold writing- if you do, there might be some bleed through. This thickness means lots of pages for the size and weight, but still works great for my pens. (I cannot work with Leuchtturm’s thin pages, nor Moleskine). — smoothness of the paper- this helps me with hand fatigue as my pen glides over it beautifully. I have never had smudging (uniball jetstream= pen of choice) … I do *not* use fountain pens which apparently like paper to have more tooth. I prefer my paper tooth-free :) — I like the ivory page color, have tried stark white pages and did not care for them at all. This is obviously personal and individual. — cover is soft and flexible (and I like pink) but sturdy enough I can toss the journal in my bag and between the elastic and the reasonable sturdiness, it holds up well. (Hardcovers are sturdier, obviously, but are less flexible in a bag or my hand and thicker/heavier- all of which I prefer to avoid) — The size! A5 journals are ubiquitous; I prefer this larger format. Like someone else said, a year fits in it, plenty of room for me to get artsy if I want (usually don’t) or add expansive collections (this I do) without worrying about running out of room. I put 2 weeks on a spread, which works better for my brain, but still allows for white space (which also works better for my brain than clutter). — I am on page 70 out of 190, so I cannot address the sturdiness super long term, but so far it works great. — I added a stick-on pen loop to see if I liked it, but find I never use it- instead, hooking the pen thru the elastic and letting that hold the pen straight between the elastic and the top edge of the notebook, parallel to the pages. Over time this has become my preferred pen-holding system. (See photo) — two ribbons for marking pages. Elastic band holds it closed reasonably. — I am not creating a major literary or artistic work- I am daily journaling. This mix of compromise of paper/cover/size/portability works well for me. Maybe for you, or maybe not. All notebooks compromise something- we each have our preferences for what we need/want or are willing to let go. Which might change over time; currently this is my notebook of choice. Hope my comments help someone else decide whether or not it might work for them. ... show more

  • Great Journal Book
Color: Black Pink
I thought the books were gonna be hard cover but it was actually a little flimsy. Other than that the sheets are thick and it’s a good book

  • Notebooks
Color: Black Pink
I use these notebooks for Journaling notes while reading books. I also draw in them illustrating the Journaling notes. Love the dotted lines for spacing, guidance allowing my creative flow in doing this.

  • A repeat order, great product
Color: Black Brown
I like the size and feel of the leather. The cover will separate over time especially if you put other papers-notes inside. I still order because the number of pages allows for more notes over time and buying less notebooks.

  • Great! For those frustrated with Moleskin’s thin pages, this is a great alternative
I LOVE Moleskin notebooks. However, for the price point, I really wanted pages I could write on with pen - without bleed through - and none of the currently available soft- cover large Moleskins offer the paper thickness I wanted. Moleskin weekly planners do (I have one, no bleed through in that), and I think Moleskin project planners do as well, but the regular dotted or lined notebooks have paper with too low of a weight to prevent bleed through. So you can only use one side of each page, which feels wasteful and also not budget friendly considering Moleskin costs. These have been a really good alternative at 1/3 the price of a comparable Moleskin, and no bleed through. I use Uniball Vision Elite pens for reference. So far so good in other ways as well - durability seems fine. While I still prefer the look of the Moleskins (they are somehow sleeker and some streamlined on the outside), I can’t forgive the paper weight, so I’ll def be using more of this brand. ... show more
