    • Amazing build
Review Image by Cherie Janys Morrisette
This was a very fun build. The instructions was a little difficult as I am use to Lego virtual PDF which allows you to see where the piece actually goes. But outside of that I have a couple more boxes in my cart just ready to be purchased.

    • Horrible Kit, No customer service responses, Badly designed, Falls apart, Pieces don't fit.
I wish I could say something good about about my experience with this Pantasy Jukebox kit. I was so excited when it first was announced. I had to wait over a month to receive it. Putting this together was a complete nightmare. As a matter of fact, it is months later, and it is still on a card table in many pieces. It kept collapsing and was impossible to get sections to fit together. I gave it several attempts, and even had someone else try. Their experience was the same. It is badly designed, and the instruction book made no sense at times. There were many pieces missing. I have quite a bit of experience putting these kinds of kits together. I’ve never had a kit this terrible. It was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but got me so angry, I had to walk away from it many times. I contacted Pantasy and only got back a Generic Ai response talking about a time difference and they would respond soon. They never did. Several attempts and no response. Their customer service is useless. I wanted to work with them to resolve this problem. So much time has passed trying to get this thing to work, that I can no longer exchange it at Amazon. It has been nothing but a huge waste of time and money. Their promos look like cute little machines that work flawlessly. Don’t fall for that and save yourself the hassle and your money. Try out one of the many other companies that make these kits. You’ll be much happier. ... show more

    • Fun but challenging

It was honestly such a challenging build but pretty to look at when completed! The lights looked so good, it plays music too but didn't have batteries for it right now. Had to use glue though because it's a fragile build as if you can't complete the set without gluing haha. It's pretty entertaining!

    • Not a good build.
Never thought I would write a negative review on a Pantasy set since I have enjoyed all of them so far. This one is different. Lots of head scratching architecture and design. I am an experienced builder but some of the build steps could have been better thought out. I gave up on this one and tossed it into my parts bin. ... show more

    • Set was a nice surprise
My first Pantasy retro set and it is a nice one. The set lights up and even plays music. The record changer even works. Would be nice if you could insert your phone and play music like the Lego Radio, but aside from that a super set. Even has a minifigure band on the inside. After building this set I am contemplating building some other retro sets, like maybe the phone or the gumball machine. Buy with confidence. ... show more

    • Never completed
This is the first building kit that I have never completed. Kept falling apart as I was building. I had been very careful because I could see it was not built well. Still, when I try to fix one area another fell apart The pictures of this and while I was building, it’s quite stunning. Just couldn’t put up with poor design. ... show more
