It’s okay for the price. One controller slot didn’t work at all. Many games didn’t work, but since you get hundreds of games you still have options to play. Some games didn’t work in-game. For example, Robocop had a gun but you couldn’t actually use it. It was very easy to set up. I bought an adapter for hdmi ($15?) and plugged this into a computer monitor. If you’re looking for something exactly like you played as a kid, this won’t scratch the itch. You’ll need to go to a gaming store and get a real one. If you’re looking for something simple that will distract you from whatever chaos is going on in your life, then this is a cheap solution. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was worried that this would not be legit, but yesssss definitely is!! I only wanted it for the super Mario brothers game however, it has so many other games that I’m going to also check out. Easy to install, I did it all myself lol. My TV has a blue color when I take pictures/videos, but it’s not really as blue. It’s just my phone camera. I read a couple reviews saying something about the graphics, well this is based on the 80s video game. SMH 🤦🏼♀️ Some people’s kids lol 🙄 ... show more

I received this item 3 days ago in a timely manner. It was easy to set up. As of today the game consoles works good (I’ll update my review later if needed). I’m glad I purchased the extension cables and RCA to HDMI converter very nice upgrades. Kinda reminds me of the times my son (when he was a kid) and I played some of theses classics games. There are various Mario games but the Mario we all know and love is #600. Wouldn’t be worth it without that game but if you enjoyed that and want some nostalgia this console has it. Unfortunately our tv doesn’t have the right AV ports though so we either have to get an adapter or return it.

    • Mario Buttons Backwards
I just got this unit and the first thing I wanted to play was the classic super Mario brothers. Everything works fine but I swore I was remembering something wrong but I researched it and I was right. The jump and run buttons are reversed. It felt so weird and I still cannot get used to it. It is so backwards that playing the game is almost impossible. And the fact that you can’t do a search or enter the game number based off the list is annoying. It took a few minutes to cycle down the entire list of action games to get to “Super” Mario Brothers. Not bad for the money I guess but definitely not the nostalgia I was looking for. ... show more

There is a four-day-per-week schedule which clearly shows the work to be done each day (with completion boxes to check off) and the symbol icons coincide with the text book, helping the students ease into note taking and answering key questions from the reading.
