It’s tough to find a TV with red, white, yellow composite inputs anymore but I have one so I’d try it. This is the only output option which is unfortunate since finding TVs with HDMI is much easier. The controllers are good and easily plug into the console. Buttons are smooth and press easy and responsive. The bad is my picture quality is nothing like other reviews. It looks like theirs is twice as good as mine. I can see what’s happening and play games but it doesn’t bring back the nostalgia of actually playing on my console. There’s an overwhelming choice of games to play so you’re sure to find something that you’re used to playing ... show more

    • Cute litte device, but limited entertainment value
Functions nicely, buttons responsive, easy setup, however the games are subpar rom hacks and many duplicates. I understand having to avoid copywrite issues with most commercial roms, but a more curated list should be pushed onto these devices. Anything with "650" games are going to have this same mish mash of games. I have a handheld version with the same list. I really wish they just had the ability to change what's on it with your own data. The case looks good, the controllers take me back, but that's as far as it goes once you've found and played the handful of decent games that you need to dig for every time. Probably not worth $30 unless you could get it to do something else. ... show more

    • Exactly like the old school Nintendo games!
The media could not be loaded. This thing is exactly like the old school Nintendo gaming system! My husband and I were completely shocked how great the quality was and it took us back to our childhood in the 80’s/90’s… totally nostalgic. To set up, you plug the red white and yellow (Av?) cords into your TV. (As a side note, make sure your TV has this set up … Our newer TV didn’t have a spot to plug these in.) Once set up. You can choose from over 300 old school Nintendo games. The quality and sound is literally the same exact thing from the real games from back in the day. One negative is that I wish the cord on the controller was longer. I feel like we have to sit so close to the TV since it is not wireless. But hey, I guess that’s how we had to do it back in the day. We are so spoiled right now with technology lol. Overall, this thing is amazing and I would’ve paid five times the price for this. It’s such a great value and it would make an awesome gift especially for anyone in their 40s. ... show more

    • A lot of repeats
This has some of the classics, and was very easy to set up. However I have several issues with it. First, it is not 620 games as advertised. It is around 300, then it repeats them. Second, it is ,issuing a lot of the games I was hoping for. It has a lot of obscure games and Japanese versions of games that were probably never released here, but is missing some of the really popular ones. Third, there is not list of games to look at. You have to scroll through them all to try to find the one you want. Overall, it’s still fun. The game quality is about what you get from the original nes. ... show more

Came in nice packaging & it's a great deal for functionality. The console works great and comes with many preloaded games in it. I am surprised by the pricing of this product. Glad they could pull this off at such a lower price. I would highly recommend this product. It is not a Nintendo-level console but it does a lot for the price.
