I have some issues with L5-S1 and experience a lot of fatigue and discomfort due to it. I decided to try a back brace and this one is amazing. It has a dual adjustment system that let's you really make it snug and supportive. I've work it for up to 6 hours and didn't experience any discomfort. A lot of braces only cover a small portion of your back, but this one covers a much larger area that gives way more support.

This thing is awesome. The extended/plus sizes, which can be hard to find, are perfect and both in circumference and support. The metal braces are removable is lighter support is needed. Really versatile and comfortable!

I recently purchased this back support due to lower back discomfort that arose after moving heavy items. Since I'm relocating, I needed a replacement for my old brace. I ordered a size small, but unfortunately, it fits very snugly despite the size chart indicating it suits waists up to 32 inches (my waist is 31 inches). If you're near the edge of a size range, I recommend ordering the larger size as a precaution. Once on, the brace provides excellent support and effectively alleviates my back pain. It's considerably more comfortable than my previous brace, which supported both the upper and lower back. This brace remains securely in place, whereas the other one would constantly slip up. I now rely on this back support whenever I need to handle heavy objects.
