I live in the country and I have a feral cat that comes by. Occasionally, I leave food out for him, but I worry about him constantly with no shelter during the cold months. This is nicely made, insulated, and easy to put together. It's sturdy. My cat tried it out, and he fit fine in the small one. I think this should do the trick to give the cat shelter on cold nights. Hopefully he discovers it and uses it!

This cat house is fantastic! It was very easy to assemble and didn’t take much time at all. The design is cozy and well-insulated, making it a great shelter for outdoor cats. Pretty nice I got the Medium and I do wish I got the large I have a smaller cat only about 8 pounds and she fits in it but not much room. It stays pretty warm and insulated I like how you can set an timer and temperature and she’s loves going in it. The plastic door doesn’t correctly open so I cut it better to fit the opening like the other people in the reviews so now it’s better and easier for her to get in and out of it.

This was easy to assemble and looks great. The legs don't always stay in place. I have had to tighten twice. The plastic door flap is easy for my cats to get into but they struggle getting out. I actually cut it down a bit myself and cut a slit down the middle to make it easier for them. They are not really using the house. I think they are afraid to go in because they have gotten trapped inside before I made alterations to the door flap. I am hoping they will use it as the weather gets colder. Currently they prefer sleeping on the steps in the rain over sleeping inside the little house. I remain hopeful. They have other places throughout the yard for shelter, including 2 other houses I already had. This house is big enough for the two of them currently, so that is a plus. They love sleeping snuggled together.

I got this heated cat house for a stray buddy for the snow storm. It was really easy to put together, only took a few minutes to put assemble. I did cut a slit in the center of the plastic door bc it didn’t seem like the cat would be able to get out. He’s been able to get in and out with no problems. It’s been snowing for 4 hours and the house is warm and dry!

Just received in time for a winter storm. Unfortunately my stray kitty is out of luck because this thing was a waste of money. First and foremost, it didn’t work! I put the whole thing together (there are no instructions at all but it’s not hard to figure out), but once I plugged it in and tried to turn on the heating pad- nothing! I checked connections, checked my outlets, etc. Total DUD! Also, the plastic screen door flap isn’t quite the right size— it’s larger than the opening, so a cat would be able to get in but not easily get out. I’m glad I didn’t cut it before I found the heat pad didn’t work anyway. But for $50, it should be right in the first place. Also.. and I will admit this is MY fault for not paying attn to details.. but this cat house does NOT have a second safety escape door- just FYI if you’re looking for that. As I was packing this back up to return, I also noticed that there were only 3 yard stakes included — I’m not sure if there were supposed to be four but I would assume so. So, overall, I felt this cat house was pretty small and not the greatest quality for the price, and mine didn’t work anyway.
