Love the long stretch band but the loop bands are painful on my fat thighs. They roll and pinch. The stretch band I really like though. It has good elasticity unlike others that feel like they will burst if you pull too hard, and it is heavy weight, well for me anyway. I have just started strength training exercises so I am not very strong but this is a nice alternative to dumbells that I can't afford because the price is so high now.

I bought these because I wanted a cheaper alternative to dumbells, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. After using the lightest band for about a month 6 days a week, I have noticed that it has been stretched a bit, but I think this is expected for the price. It says to dust them with baby powder once they start to stick together after a few uses, and I have found that a quick spray with dry shampoo will do the trick. I would definitely recommend to anyone just starting out on their fitness journey at home as I did.

These bands are really nice but for me personally the resistance isn't enough. I have other resistance bands that are cloth that add much more resistance than these do, but they're good for the price. I wouldn't suggest them for leg workouts but for the arms/back they work great!

These bands are great but I feel like they are a little wide. I’m a size 8 with not super thin thighs and I need to widen my stance more than I would like to get them taut. If you have very small thighs, are super thin or petite, I’m not sure these would work for you.

I like the quality of them, I think I’m doing something wrong, they roll ALLL the way on my legs. I have thick thighs and they are not laying flat. I will update my review when I figure it out. Maybe someone can tell me the best way to stop them from rolling.
