This right-handed beginner golf club set includes the primary clubs you'll need to play a round of golf. The oversized driver has a 10.5-degree club face, which will provide loft to get the ball up and down the fairway. The driver weighed in at 12.25 ounces, which is on the heavier side, producing less swing speed, but can also provide more control and feel for a beginner golfer. The large face on the driver provides a larger sweet spot and some forgiveness on your ball strike. The hybrid club is very useful for some fairway shots to get you to the green, and it is also well-balanced with good loft. Both clubs have medium-flex graphite shafts, which I find preferable for driver and hybrid club types. There are 3 irons included in this set: the 9, 7, and 5. The irons have steel shafts, which provide lower torque and flexibility. I found the irons provided good ball contact feedback with minimal twisting. The pitching wedge is lofted at 46 degrees, which is optimal for a beginner golfer. The traditional-style putter is well-balanced, allowing a natural pendulum-style swing while also providing modern sight lines on the club to visually assist in directing the ball toward the hole. The kit comes with a nice bag that is perfectly sized for the 7 clubs in this set. The bag includes kick-out legs to hold it upright and angled for easy access, as well as several zippered compartments to hold golf balls and other golf or personal accessories. The clubs are sized for people in the 5' 6" to under 6' tall range. I am 5' 10", and the clubs worked fine, but my grip was right at the end of the club for my swing. The driver, for example, is 1" taller than a junior driver, but is 3/4" shorter than my go-to driver and 1/2" shorter than a typical beginner driver. i.e., adult "standard-sized" clubs for a standard-sized person. Overall, a well-designed, good-quality beginner set that includes everything you'll need to learn and enjoy the game of golf.

Right out of the box, everything felt well-made and thoughtfully designed. The driver has a large, forgiving face that really helps with distance and accuracy, even on off-center hits. The hybrid club is a standout for me, it’s incredibly easy to hit and has quickly become my go-to for longer fairway shots. The 5, 7, 9 irons and pitching wedge offer great control and consistency, making approach shots feel much more confident and precise. The putter is nicely balanced and provides a smooth, controlled stroke. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my putting since switching to this set. It gives great feedback and helps keep my alignment in check. One of my favorite features is the stand bag. It’s lightweight yet sturdy, with plenty of storage for balls, tees, and other essentials. The stand mechanism works perfectly, and the shoulder straps make it super comfortable to carry around the course. This set is ideal for beginners or intermediate players who want quality clubs without the premium price tag. Everything you need is included, and the performance is impressive across the board. Overall, this WAYTULES golf set is fantastic, solid performance, and great design. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into golf or upgrade from an older, mismatched set.

Perfect weight and sizes for a starter set and the quality is more than adequate, holding up well so far after extensive multiple uses. Capacity for more clubs if desired in the future. The bag is a usual design for similar full sized bags with the assorted zippered pockets and additional pouches. Great value for the money. The non-slip grips work well to keep the clubs from slipping. The bag stands upright nicely and feels pretty sturdy. Technically these could be the only clubs you need. I was pleased with the club quality and look forward to playing more. The golf bag is practical, lightweight, slim and able to pack the right amount of accessories that you'll need to get you through the course. Really a great place to start for someone figuring out if golf is their thing and worth the investment in more better gear as it can be easily expanded upon this solid base.

There is a very specific customer this set is for: ultra beginner who has never touched a golf club. This would be suitable for that level of beginner. I got this set for my son who has outgrown his kids set of clubs and I’m a little disappointed. The bag: it’s more of a Sunday Bag as opposed to a full bag where you can add clubs. The bad has adequate zippers and storage but the overall dimensions of the bag is smaller than regular bags as it can only fit about 1/2 the amount of clubs. It looks like a quality set but one you dig a bit deeper that’s where the quality diminishes. The driver feels and sounds cheap and hollow. Shots off the tee are noticeably shorter than even comparable clubs that are used for a few years. The grips are nothing special and will maybe last a season given their tack. The appearance of the set is they look like a decent starter set but if he expectation is that you will play more than 1-2 times a year I would suggest looking at a used set of real golf clubs. Overall I don’t think they are a good value for money. Personally I’m going to get him a used set of clubs and pay a little more. As this only comes with 5 actual clubs there is a lot missing for a standard round of golf.
