I got these for Christmas and they work fantastic ! So fun to use and the instruction booklet is very easy to understand. Since using them my arms and legs feel and look great. I feel stronger, toned, and more confident. I highly recommend this product to everyone. I am 50 years old and my 15 year old daughter enjoys using them too.

Good quality bands with secure joints. Great price. I’m a runner and getting older. My legs are strong, but as we get older, the upper body tends to weaken. So, I bought these bands to help improve my upper body strength. They work well.

So far these bands have worked out well. I do like the attachment for the door. For what you get in the package, this is a pretty good price. The set I purchased were listed as being natural rubber, might be, mine had no unusual smell as other had noticed. Can't comment on durability yet, but product seems to be well made.
