Well, it's compact and very easy to clean. I like that both openings are the same size, so water flows through easily and cleaning is quick. The shape definitely adds extra stimulation. You can feel the teeth, and they do a great job. The inside of the canal feels very realistic as well. The only downside is that, for added realism, the teeth have a soft plastic layer that simulates the gums. Unfortunately, mine started coming unglued after some use. The toy is very realistic looking and looks like it could be great. My problem is penetration of the dang thing is difficult and fighting with it leads to diminishing capability to push on in if you now what I mean. The mouth side is the easiest to use in this regard. When used with a USB dual warming stick can feel even more realistic. Also the warming sticks I bought on amazon came with a pair of 'drying' sticks which are great for post cleaning dry out of the cavities. Overall I'm still figuring this thing out and not sure if it's my size or technique, at least the price is not crazy high. Still working at it....I want it to be great!
