I couldn't walk without a limp as my left hip was bruised from my past sports background. I ordered the bands and began exercising with them. I did everything from walk sideways across the room with the bands, to laying down and just stretching with them. The results were incredible. Nothing that I did before at the gym using hip abductor machines would help me. The bands were so effective that within a few weeks I began walking without my noticeable limp. Each day my hips and limbs felt stronger because of the effectiveness of the bands. There are no shortcuts. If you are willing to work, and do the right exercises and movements, the bands will work for you like they have for me. Amazing !!

These are an upgrade from Fitness Gear's earlier 3piece set of bands. Those bands served me well for several years before starting to show the beginning of tears. These seem to be more enduring but still have the excellent stretchability of the earlier ones, something some other brands sorely lack. I did like the shorter (about 3 inches) length of the earlier version but am getting used to these. And with five in a set, I expected something more stiff on the high end. A little but not significant. With gyms closed, these offered a good way to get lateral leg exercises, as well as leg extension and reverse extension exercises among others without taking up but a minimum amount of space.

I ordered these as part of my rehab for a broken leg. Only needed two of the bands but was cheaper to get the package deal. I found myself keeping the lighter bands by my bedside and one in my desk. I stretch my arm and hand muscles through out the day just as I use the stronger bands for my legs. The results are amazing with just a tiny bit of resistance my arms are sleeker and firmer without the bulk. The bands are much easier to fold up and put away in a Ziploc (keeps them neat and from drying out as quick) or drawer than a bulky weight to trip over. Easier to pack/grab a credit card size band out of your purse if traveling too!

I bought these bands three years ago and they have mostly held up great. I put these bands in the bag they came with and stored them in a closet for the last 6 months. I just pulled them out again and all of the bands were just like they were when I stored them away except for the black XX-Heavy band. When I went to stretch it a small section was dried out and brittle. You could see the cracks in the band showing that it would tear at any time. I threw it away before any injuries occurred. But all of the other bands appeared fine and have been working well so far since I brought them out of storage.

These stretch bands arw perfect for my home workouts. Different colors represent different strengths. They are strong and sturdy. Iv bought the thin kind that you have to tie before and discovered they tear over time because they are so thin and cannot hold up to the wear and tear of tying and untying. But these resist bands arw just the right width for wearing around your ankles or knees for a great side step workout with resistance. I haven't had them for long, so if there is any change to their quality from consistent use, I will update my review. I did receive this item as a discounted trial from manufacturer to review on Amazon but I am giving my honest opinion. I workout crossfit everyday and even at home. I requested to sample these because Iv been looking for a good quality. I certainly recommend them. Good product.

I got these for like sports rehab or whatever and they work really nice. The only thing is the extra light one is like REALLY extra light. Mine hasn’t snapped because I just use it for simple things. All the other ones are really durable though.
