I want everyone to know I bought 2 different bidets from the same company. I also had problems with both of them first ones like some of the other reviewers mentioned it was for the different size shutoff took a special part fiitting at Home-depot. This is the 945B model this was bought fo my elderly mother. The lid quit automatically opening . They send a procedure on how to reset the bidet and everything is working now. We also purchased the 997 model and when this one was unpacked a crack was found in the seat and they sent a new seat easy to replace. Even though I had issues with both of the bidets I would definitely buy another one from them very helpful and eager to solve the issue at hand!
