I have been lifting for over 30 years and got these bands for a friend that I have been training. These are comparable to a lot of the other band kits I researched, but came at a slightly better price. I did open these up and checked them out. They seem to be well made and do come with a simple instruction sheet listing many exercises that can be done. The only problem I have with the instructions is that the illustrations should be larger. The bands I tried worked well, but since I gave these to someone else I can't speak for the durability of them. I would expect them to have the longevity of the other bands out there. I plan on picking up a set of these for myself to use when I go out of town all just want to take a day off from the weights. Overall this is a great kit for the price and comes with just about everything you need to get a good workout. The only additional bands I would purchase are ones for assisted chin ups. Maybe this company could make kit that includes those also.

This is the first set of tubular-type bands I've used. I purchased this for travel and I'm very happy with it. One thing to note is that these tubular bands don't seem to stretch as far as the flat bands before reaching their end point. Not a big deal, just an observation. I just end up adding more bands together to give me good resistance across a narrower range of motion. There are enough bands in the set to give good resistance for any exercise I have tried so far. BTW, the instruction sheet isn't so great so you may need to refer to other sources for exercise ideas. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase!

I recently bought this kit due to an injury I received on my right elbow. I couldn't lift heavy weights but I still wanted to work out and build strength and endurance. Searching on Amazon, I ran into this kit... I had a previous kit and every time I would use it, the bands would break, so needless to say I was skeptical. I checked the reviews and sooooo glad I bought them. The kit comes with everything you could need for a great workout. Come with the long bands with the grips, an "adapter" for the door frame, your standard bands, and other miscellaneous stuff. After doing a few hard workouts I was impressed with how well they are made, so I bought a second set and left it at my second house! Now I can have the same workout routine no matter where I'm at. I highly recommend it!

I just turned 56 a month ago and knew that I had to change my lifestyle to stay healthy. I was out of shape, a little soft and needed to change. I also realized if I did to much to quickly I would probably not stick with it so I gradually introduced new things into my routine. I started several months ago by modifying my diet and when I got used to that, then I introduced getting up early and walking a few miles every morning. Lastly, I've heard about resistance bands and thought I would try them out. Previously, I had only ever used free weights, machines or cardio but I have a friend who was a professional body builder and he said the bands are great, so I started my search. I read reviews and decided on the CRecreda brand based on the quality and value. When I received the bands, I was still skeptical about the results...I mean really how can they make a difference? After a few weeks of use, I can confidently tell you that I love them. I am very happy with the quality, ease of use and results of my recent purchase. I watched some YouTube videos and was shocked at the versatility and I can feel and see the difference from the first workout. When you get your set just search "resistance bands workout" on YouTube. I am confident that I will stick with it because it is a great balance of versatility to keep it fun and results that help me feel a little better everyday. I've lost 13 lbs, several inches and feel like I'm 35. As we get older, it is harder to start working out but please do so for yourself and your family. I can see that if you are young or old these bands can help you ease back into a workout and stay in shape to improve your quality of life and live longer. Set of resistance bands (tubular) and ankle/knee bands (ribbon) in a variety of weights. Two things sold me on this set compared to others: That it came with both types of bands, and the variety of accessories (ankle straps, hand-holds, and door anchor). The door anchor seems very sturdy especially if attached so that you pull in the "closing" direction of the door. It's easy to add multiple bands to increase resistance. And it is MUCH more practical to take a resistance band set on vacation than a set of weights. The only "caution" is to not take the weights listed on the bands at face value, but this applies to all resistance bands in general and in no way detracts from the value of this set. Just be aware that you only get the listed full resistance at the extreme end of the band extension. If you are that exacting about the weight, use a hand-held luggage scale and combine bands to get the weight you need. Otherwise, just do whatever level challenges your strength.

These are really great! They do feel flimsy at first glance but to be fair, I've never used anything like them before. My fiance said they are very similar to the ones he used in high school but they are very durable! The additions they have like the ankle straps and door stop is great as well! The instruction sheet with the fitness exercise examples is a great place to start but some of them required a ball which I don't have but I was able to adapt it or find other workouts online. The carrying case is very convenient to keep everything together. The strengths offer a great range for working out different muscles and you can connect multiple together but the clip does seem a little cramped. All in all, very good purchase to do some workouts at home that are different than you can get with just dumbells and kettles. Would Recommend to anyone looking to supplement their at home workout routine.
