These are so much better than the individual resistance bands I have bought individually over the years....a real warranty and some real resistance on them! I like this so much I bought a second set a week later and use them for back day stretches as a warm up before lifting weights. They make for a good cable crossover setup if you have a way to hang them far apart for a warm up routine too.

Update: I've decided to keep these bands, so i upped my review to three stars I'm still a little disappointed with the handles, but i can make it all work and it's not worth returning the set if i can work with it. --- I'm a big guy, 6 feet tall with a large frame, who is trying to get into better shape. I got these resistance bands because they were reasonably priced, but mostly because the product description mentioned widened handles and I have big hands. Unfortunately the handles aren't quite large enough and my hands rub the handle straps on both sides. The handles also make a sound (like rubbing two balloons together) as i do the various exercises. The bands themselves appear to be well built and work fine, but I should note that they're only labeled on one side so if you grab the wrong end you won't know which band you're pulling out of the bag. The exercise guide doesn't look anything like the picture in the description and doesn't list any exercises for biceps or triceps, which are probably the first exercises most guys will want to try with these bands. None of these issues by themselves are show stoppers, and I'll try this set for a few days to see if I can get used to them, but I'll likely return the set.

I am only giving 3 stars as I have bought other straps and was planning to add these to my current collection; however, these are a little longer than the other 2 sets I have purchased. So it did not allow me to add tension to my existing sets because when the others were at full tension, these were not. I am also only giving 3 stars because not only are they longer, but you must extend much further to get to full tension. I had thought about running them under my Powertec muliti system home gym, but I do not hit full tension when at the top of my curls, whereas my other sets are at full tension. So I am using these for Pec crossovers, anchored against the frame of the lat pull down portion of the frame. Again, I must lean more forward to reach full tension on these.

I recently got my banda in. Ive been using them pretty regularly for about 3 weeks so. They are detrimental on my pull/back days (I'm running a PPL split). I already had another set of bands (different brand) but not enough resistance. These work great with the other brand. I use about 300 lbs resistance on the back row and I have no issues. Works great. Smooth and comfortable. I dont have any tool to measure actual resistance or anything, but my back shoulder and tri's are on fire the day after using so I know they work. For my home gym, I like them. I also believe a good resistance band set up is required to get in all muscle groups properly, unless you have a cable machine.

The only complaint that I have is that the rubber used in the different bands feels like it's possibly a lower quality? The resistance changes noticeably as far as the stretch and recoil of the bands. I don't totally feel like i trust the bands completely to not break, but I have only used then for one workout so far, so perhaps the rubber will break in and become more pliable.

The equipment was good, but be very careful when using . After going over the instructions, I began. The band slipped off my foot hitting me in the face and knocking my glasses off. Be very careful. I'm going back to free weights.
