I've owned several sets of resistance bands, and these are great! Use them for pullups and tons of other exercises like psoas marches, crab walks etc.. Would buy again!

For reference, I'm not a serious bodybuilder but I am fairly mid level weight lifter . These resistance bands do offer a lot of resistance but you have to kind of play around with it to get the most resistance out of them by regrouping and making more loops in the bands. The only thing is without handles, it's kind of harder to hold the grip and it takes a toll on your hands if you don't have gloves. It's not a big deal, but it would probably give more traction with some added handles. I don't see a proper way to add attachments. Good news is you can definitely tie it around a squat rack or even a push up bar and use it in many different ways.

Good set of resistance bands. I liked the range of resistance on them, which gives me choices on what levels to take the work to on varying exercises. I like that they're easy to use with my workout station, easy to attach. A simple addition like this added a lot of range to what I do to keep fit. They're well made, and worth the price. Recommended!

I picked up the PrimaFit Resistance Bands for my at-home workouts. I've been wanting some resistant bands for some time now and I'm glad I found these. These bands arrive in a nice box with all the bands packed inside a bag with a pull-cord you tighten to keep the bands within. Each band measures the same length of 41" and 3/16" in thickness, however, they are varied thickness depending on the resistance level of the band starting with yellow; 3/8" equating to 5-15lbs of resistance, red is 5/8" in width equating to 15-30lbs of resistance, black 7/8" width and 35-75lbs of resistance, purple 1 1/4" in width and 50-100lbs of resistance, and finally green 1 3/4" equating to 75-150lbs of resistance. All the bands are extremely robust and can handle quite a lot of strain and stress from being pulled. Overall, if you're looking for a some excellent, well-made resistance bands, I definitely would recommend these PrimaFit bands!

Ordered these to complement an exercise program created by the physical therapist for treatment of my spinal stenosis. These 5 bands use the same color coordination system you will find at the PT facility: yellow, red, black, purple, and green, which in this set goes from the least to the highest resistance. One big difference is that the bands themselves are less wide and thicker than those I've used previously, but I will let you know if that impacts their utility (I think it'll be fine). An unexpected extra feature is the inclusion of a drawstring storage case, which I certainly haven't had previously; that is a very nice addition and keeps all this exercise gear nicely organized (as opposed to having loose bundles of elastic material shoved in a drawer somewhere). Give these a look if your current exercise or rehabilitation program calls for their use.
