It seems to work. When I check the temperature with my laser thermometer, the readings don’t match, but without knowing whether the discrepancy is due to the laser or the gauge, I can’t confidently verify the accuracy. The items are much smaller than I expected. The measurements were clearly stated on the site, but I should have paid better attention—they're really small. I’m using these in a 4x2x2 reptile enclosure. In the future, I’ll purchase something larger.

These things worked perfect. I just wish there was a way to suction-cup them to the tank. I think there are accessories to put them on though it is definitely worth the money.

I was looking for something not too expensive to use to monitor heat and humidity in my reptile enclosures. These came with multiple thermometers. They just sit in the tank, which I didn't like. So I used glue dots to attach them to the tank window. I put 2 in my son's 55gal gecko enclosure the one the screen went out on or the battery died. It didn't last long, and the other the screen is going out because of the high humidity in the tank. So I wouldn't recommend these for any tank that needs high humidity. Otherwise they work well. They are small, a little over an inch long.

Bought for my geckos large enclosure and use one on both ends. Put them in and they matched what my regular cheapy gauges were reading. They are accurate! Love these! Came with plenty of sticky tabs to use, I only put one on them and they’ve held up well for over a month now!

Bought and one stopped working within an hour. The other did not appear to be well calibrated as it was 3 degrees higher than the reading I got from an expensive probe and thermostat when I was checking for accuracy. Fine print says temperature within +/-5 degrees. You get what you pay for I guess. Will be spending more on a nicer one.
