I was super excited to get Kai's (my ball python) forever home. Unfortunately when I got the box, it was busted up as well and when I opened it the mesh grat for the top of the cage had been punched out. Super disappointed. The glass was packaged up very nicely though and was not broken or chipped, which is nice. ... show more

The terrarium looks great and was easy to assemble but one of the front door glass sections arrived broken. I tried to send a message through the company's website but am having problems sending the message. I would like to get a replacement and hope the company views this review.

    • Lid came broken
The mesh on the lid came completely bent out of place had to use duck tape to fix it. It worked out but very disappointed that I spent over 500 dollars on something that came broken.

The media could not be loaded. The terrarium was pretty easy to assemble, its easy to clean (very important) suction power is great on the sucky thingy that holds the key. I actually use the suction thingy to slide open the doors. The only thing I did not like about the assembling process was the 3 part piece. The first piece comes out easily with no problem, but the 2nd and 3rd piece has to be screwed off and man it would not turn. I had to run it under hot water to loosen it. After I did that it unscrewed just fine. ... show more

These dimensions are actually the minimum for a healthy blue tongue skink. I would highly recommend you eventually get this for your adult BTS. I finally saved up and it was well worth it.
