Took two people to get on. Hope this one lasts better than the last one and is more waterproof. Original one fell apart after 4 yrs. If you have to replace them every 4 years in the long run you would be better off and it would be cheaper to get a hard top gazebo. I like that you can pull this one one side to the other to keep the sun out as it moves from east to west and it is easy to pull back and forth. We spread it out on the patio and let it warm up/soften up a little so it was more flexible to put on over the gazebo. That made it easier to do. ... show more
