Only reason not giving 5 stars is because I haven't used them yet. The cotter pins could be a hair more tight so they don't spin around as much but not a huge deal. Shear pin was perfect fit on my Craftsman snow blower.

I bought a used snowblower with bolts instead of shear pins, striped the shaft gear on 2nd use and not simple to replace. Have now replaced all bolts with shear pins and new gear, working OK and hoping the gear survives. 2 heavy uses and all ok for now.
