I would have given this a 5 star review because they work great... but as others have said in their reviews they are wired backwards. Installation was quick and simple. They are well worth the amount spent on them.

I have craftsman garage doors and these were suppose to be the correct sensors. They would not work! After spending several hours trouble shooting to no avail I returned the sensors and bought a set at Lowe's. They immediately work with no alternations.

I bought two of these for garage door which did not have any sensors. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE WIRE! Yes. That is correct. This is only a replacement for the lower door. You will need wire to get to the opener. Thye provide enough wire to splice into the exsisting and nothing more. UGH!!! I have wire, but was expecting to just plug and play this... Nope. Had to run wire then splice. ****NOTE - When I hooked these up, to two different openers, Craftsman and Chamberland, the white and black were reversed. So when you connect to the opener and there a no lights on at the door, just flip the wires. ... show more
