Bought a cheaper version of this remote and regretted it. It lacked Bluetooth and voice control so I ordered this remote. It was easy to set up and works exactly like the factory remote on my Hiscense U7 65"! I didn't realize how much I would miss the Bluetooth connection, it works much better than infrared only! If you lose your Hiscense Google TV remote, get this one! It's worth the extra few dollars!

Terrible. Remote is laggy and not responsive. It will randomly kick you out of what you are watching. It doesn’t support all the features of the factory remote. I have to restart the TV multiple times to get functions to work. I don’t know if I just got a bad one but I will be returning and definitely not replacing. There are many positive reviews for the fire stick but I am using to replace a Hisense factory remote.

Remote worked immediately with my Hisense Google TV, however, I spent more money on this specific remote for the voice command feature. Now I feel extra lazy for being this upset that the voice command feature does not work at all for me. UGH :( The remote is paired with the tv. Remote battery is at 68% and the blue light blinks when I press the voice command button — but it’s as if there’s no mic for me to be heard. Anyway, it’s a great remote if you don’t care for this particular function.
