Description

Designed for use on light trucks and SUVs, the Ranger ATR from Thunderer is a tough all-terrain tire that's also pre-drilled for easy installation of studs in extreme winter weather. The Ranger ATR features an optimized rubber compound for off-road traction, full nylon overwrap layer in the plies, and a pattern of 3D sipes and rigid tread blocks for solid wet-weather traction. Additionally, the Ranger ATR is backed by an up to 50,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life depending on the tire's size.

Just had these tires installed on my 18’ Tundra a few days ago. I bought these cause I didn’t want to spend $1400 again on tires and so far I like em’. No issues mounting or balancing and they're as loud if not slightly quieter than my Cooper AT3’s. Ride quality is on par with my AT3’s, very smooth for an AT tire. I've been using these now since August of 2025 and it is currently Nov. 19th. They have worked will on snow and ice, i've been driving around in 2wd for the most part with no major peel outs. I have trust they will do good in the deeper snow this winter. Only thing with these 10ply's is when its below freezing temps it takes a few miles for the tire to warm up and get rid of the bump/limp from being parked at night.     • Pretty decent tires for the price
Ordered 4 tires, all shipped separately and arrived different days. Overall tires seem pretty good. Very low road noise. Can only hear them when I let off the gas pedal with the windows down.

NOPE! Less than a year later they're absolute garbage. They wear choppy no matter how well your alignment was done or how frequently you rotate. Tread life is abysmal. Less than a year on average driving and they're about done. They're also noisy as hell. Hard pass. I'm replacing these asap.

Great aggressive A/T tire. Bites hard! Good traction & handling when the roads are wet. They have a little road noise. If you don't want to listen to any road noise, you're shopping for the wrong type of tires. Compared to other expensive brands, the qualuty is there and these a great value.
