Description

This durable leak proof replacement pan. The durable replacement pan is made with a flexible polypropylene plastic mixture which is odor resistant, easy to clean and stronger than other replacement pans that are made of ABS plastic. Additionally, our replacement pans are injection molded during the manufacturing process making them more flexible / durable than competitors who vacuum seal their pans during the manufacturing process. These pans are designed to easily slide in and out of the dog crate for easy cleaning in the event an accident occurs. Although these are made as replacement pans for our dog crates, many customers also use them as a multi-purpose tray as well. Our replacement pans have been used as a multi-purpose tray to hold wet or muddy shoes / boots, as a tray to place your pet's food / water bowl on, a tray to place your cat litter box on to help contain a potential mess, a portable puzzle piece holder, paint, gardening, cargo liner and etc. MidWest Homes for Pets stands behind the quality of our products with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. I have three small dogs and I work full-time and I’m in school. They have to use the bathroom when I’m not home so I have to have pads everywhere. These were exactly what I needed because I’m able to put pads on the carpet without any pee seeping through. I bought five of these so far and they’re very easy to clean. I’ve purchased Pad holders in the past and they’re all terrible. If your dogs go to the bathroom on them often Pee seeps through all the little cracks and gets everywhere and it takes forever to clean. This is just a flat tray you just put the pads on them and you just take them off. if pee seeps through the pads you can wipe it down with a wet rag and some cleaning stuff. I’m looking for ways to make my life less difficult and this is something that has helped me. ... show more

I was relieved to find replacement dog crate trays for sale. Our oldest dog needs to be contained at night due to senility and his habit of getting stuck in small spaces as he wanders the house. While the metal crates are often durable and can last for years, the tray takes a lot of wear and our original one was torn. I clean the tray every morning and having a new one makes the job a lot easier. These trays can be used for other purposes, such as a cat box tray to limit the litter or pine pellets from getting everywhere. ... show more

I've been looking for an undercar tray to catch errant drops and spills so as to not stain the concrete when I'm changing oil/coolant/transmission fluid, etc. on my vehicles. This is perfect! It came in perfect shape and is going to be perfect for what I need it for. The only complaint I have is that of course, it's made in China. I really want to start reducing my purchasing of Chinese made products since they don't seem to be our friend, and actually seem to be our adversary. This is just a liner/pan for the bottom of a dog crate, but, it's what I needed. The "monster" dog I'm fostering managed to destroy the orig liner/pan & I was hoping like crazy that someone sold replacements. This arrived very quick & in good shape. The only thing I dislike about it, is the price. I thought that it was a little pricey for, what is the equivalent of, a hard sheet of PLASTIC.. Basically, a super, over-sized, plastic, cookie sheet. I have a Midwest Dog crate. I've had it for years and the original pan started to crack. Eventually, I had to toss the pan because my foster puppies found the cracks and started to chew the pan apart. I look at Petsmart and replacement pans were almost as much as buying a new crate. I ordered this thinking it might not be the best quality but its a thick, plastic, sturdy pan. It fits perfectly in my crate which is 42 inches. The pan leaves no gaps on the sides and has a lip to prevent leaks and spills. This was perfect and way better than buying a whole new crate. ... show more

Sorry to those looking for a review on this product's intended purpose, but it's barely two weeks into the new year and I can already tell this will be my best purchase of the year. If you're a parent of a kid with water based toys... you NEED this to save your floors. Nice big size to fit those big hotwheels car wash sets and at a reasonable price for it. Despite all my previous attempts to keep the floors dry under this toy using what I had on hand (towels, waterproof mattress covers, aluminum foil, etc.), nothing was working well enough. My floors were starting to look damaged. This tray catches everything, I don't have to dry everything immediately, it's perfect. Kid (35lb-ish) can stand on it, perfectly sturdy, no issue. I'm sure I could even get crafty and decorate it to match and add some parking spaces if I wanted. Absolutely love it. Thank you for a good quality and reasonably priced product! ... show more

    • An Easier Way To Clean The Bird Cage

Alas! An easier way to clean the bird cage! Primarily, we wanted something to catch the liquid that he regurgitates. This messy habit was ruining the metal floor of his cage. However, there are many considerations when dealing with a curious bird. You can’t just put anything absorbent down there, or he’ll pull it up and shred it. Hmm? There’s got to be some sort of shallow liner that could sit in the metal cage tray and catch whatever. Google is our friend. We found this tray and it was exactly what we were thinking of. Plastic won't absorb or rust; the shallow edges will contain liquid; the whole bird cage mess is easy to lift up and dump; plus, normal bird cage messes that always had to be scraped off the metal can just be washed off the plastic. Really the biggest decision was size. A large tray would have covered almost the entire metal tray, but that’s too big. The small tray would have covered just his favorite regurgitation corner, but what if he suddenly decided to expand the zone? So we ultimately picked a medium sized tray and it’s been great. He can’t lift it up through the cage bottom like he did paper and cardboard. The pan just sits in the lower tray and catches stuff like it’s supposed to. In the end, it’s still being used as a pet pan, just not in a four-legged way. We wanted to share this unconventional use as an idea for other bird families. ... show more
