Kind of silly that the Crystal UHD TV has voice capability but does ship with a voice enabled remote. This remote is an excellent replacement remote and it paired up flawlessly and easily. Hold 2 buttons for 5 seconds and it's off and running. Voice function ties in perfectly with the Samsung software, as do all the other button functions. The remote itself looks good and feels in the hand nearly as good as the stock remote. The center button even has the soft tactile feel. Overall, great remote.

With 4 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. This remote almost made it 2 years. The labels and coloring have all been erased, a corner piece is missing. It's still barely functioning. I opted to replace it with another "Universal samsung remote" to see if it holds up better now that my kids are getting older 🤞🤞
