This repair kit worked exactly as described. A few days ago our snoo stopped working - small jerky movements. With a quick Google search we assumed it was the o-rings and that was right. My husband was able to fix our snoo in less than an hour. Such a blessing considering the price we paid for the snoo. Our snoo is seriously working like new again. The QR code to watch the companion video did not work so we searched the video on YouTube under snoozy mama snoo repair. The video was very helpful. Great product. It came with all the correct parts and the tools and small specialty dowel was needed to fix the snoo without accidentally breaking anything. Solid product, thank you! Took me about 90 minutes to fix while I followed and paused the video on their website.
