I quite literally just opened this thing 30 minutes ago and have used it for 1 cycle, and here I am writing a review. I just needed a new massage gun to replace mine that broke yesterday, so I got this one for the adjustable arm feature. First let me say -- this is my 3rd massage gun, and each time I've gotten a new one, I thought "wow, this is life changing!" and they were... But this Renpho massage gun has so much power on just the first intensity setting! On my last 2, I got used to turning it on setting 2/3 because 1 was almost a joke. But not with this one. The adjustable arm is also great because I used to do so much twisting trying to reach spots on the back side of my hip, but this setup allows me to hit the same spot without having to twist my torso. I've been trying for so long now to get my hip muscles to relax and work together, and after 30 minutes with this thing, I'm seeing more results than I have in months with other massage guns. This one may be a bit intense if you're using more casually or aren't experienced with massage guns, but I wish I had gotten it sooner. I will update this if there's anything notable to add as I continue using it.

This is reasonably quiet & fairly powerful for the price. Be aware that it has an automatic shutoff after 12-15 minutes. That is also about how long you get before the battery is down to 75%. The included proprietary charger is neither a fast charger nor super slow. To charge back to full from 50% battery takes 30-40 minutes. It has 4 speeds but I tend to only use the fastest one, so I can't tell anyone how much longer the battery lasts when using the lower speeds. The round button on the side gives you five different angles for the massage head so it's reasonably easy to reach around to massage your own back or neck once you get used to it. I get the best results with the ball shaped tip, so I haven't tried the other shapes enough to give advice on them. I would tell people this is worth the higher cost compared with the cheap, no-name versions.

I read a positive review about this massage gun on the NYT's Wirecutter site and, seeing it was HSA eligible, I ordered one here. After six weeks of daily use, I can confirm that it was a great purchase. It includes a wide range of attachments (I mainly have neck and shoulder issues, and the fork is my favorite for those), a nice carrying case with storage indentations for the attachments and charger, and the gun charges quickly and keeps a charge for several days. I have two gym-rat twentysomething sons who use the gun regularly and say it has plenty of power, even on setting 3 of 4. (I find that settings 1 and 2 of 4 are plenty for me). The adjustable triangle design makes it relatively easy to get to most spots on the neck and back without an assistant. I suppose there is a chance it won't last too long, but it certainly seems to have been well worth the money. The relief it provides is deep and immediate. Highly recommended.

This machine is great! The different angles are good har hard to reach areas, the attachments are all good for different parts of the body or if you need to work a specific spot. Had it for about 3 years and it just started to give out, it still works but it’s super loud, I don’t think it has to do with the build or quality of the machine, I have dropped this thing so many times. Comes with a nice carrying case.
