RENPHO Lynx Smart Ring-Sizing Kit- this review is just for the sizing kit only. Looks a lot like the real ring but is lighter. I am so glad I got the ring sizing kit first as my normal size is a 8 but in this smart ring I wear a 10 on the fingers they recomend using. Highly recomend if your going to go for this brands ring get the kit first. This part is for the ring. Size 10, black After wearing the ring now for a little over a week I have to say I really like it. The app is very easy to use. I just use the basic parts of it I didnt sign up for anything. It really seems to keep track of how much I am walking (steps) as well I like adding in my water intake, So I can keep track of that. For once I have something that keeps track of my sleep even the odd hours I do sleep which is during the day as I work nights. I like that it tracks my stress, heart rates. If I really want to get fully into it I could track all my meals but honestly that is just a little to much for me. I would have to add most of my meals in the old fashioned way as I eat two bites and I am full and drink protien drinks. Having had weightloss surgery My meals are tiny. But that part of the app is also there so you can keep track of food if you want to. Most times I forget I am wearing it as it feels just like a normal ring, and on and off through the day I log onto the page just to update my steps and add in water intakes. The rechange case if small and handy. I normally just leave it at home as my ring is holding a change nicely It lasted nearly the full week. I also use the Exercise feature while I am using my tredmill so that at least counts towards my counts on the app. All in all I am very happy with the ring and I am glad I got it. I did take a two year protection plan out on it as a precaution.

Does a great job and looks great too. The app is a big piece of a health tracker and Renpho has a really good app. Easy to pair and sync activity. Always find what app a ring or band uses before buying and look at the reviews in the App Store before buying. Between this and the device reviews written by trusted publications and customers here will give you a full picture. Also go ahead and get the sizing kit first. I think it’s $1 here and free on the Renpho site. I tried using an app with my wedding ring to get a size and that was way off. The sizing kit lets you try different fingers. They suggest the index finger but I’m not a fan of wearing a ring on that finger but this lets you try it. I highly recommend this ring. It’s comfortable on my ring finger and a great alternative if you would rather wear a non-smart watch and want to track sleep, stress or exercise. Less than half price of the Oura and does the job well without the subscription.

Works great but finish rubs off easy. I’ve had it less than 6 months and very worn looking. Charging last a while, worth money compared to oura ring. I have other RENPHO products and always love. Fits to size. I just wish it lasted cosmetically with the finishing.

I decided on this ring because I refused to pay a monthly subscription for my own data. It seems bulkier than the oura ring. (My daughters both own oura rings). I also bought the ring sizer just to be sure. There seems to be a bit of discrepancy on the sizing. The plastic ring seems a bit thicker than the actual ring as the ring is loose. I gave it three stars because there seems to be an issue with the ring going in and out of sync, and it does not always work to track my sleep accurately because of it. I had it fully charged before initial wear but the battery life doesn't seem to last as long as advertised. I saw a lot of positive reviews but I just seem to have a connectivity issue with it. When taking my heart rate, it needs a moment to sync back up before it can start to do so. I am not sure if I want to keep it. The aesthetic looks good but it doesn't always function like it should. I bought the hume band and I will try that out next to see if it will be more accurate than this one. Update: On March 30, seller reached out and offered a full refund of my purchase. I should've taken the chance and taken their offer. The issues regarding connectivity is still there. Sometimes, the ring does not sync at all. When that happens, I usually put it back in the charging case and leave it there for a few minutes and it seems to work. Only thing is, when I lose connectivity while wearing it at work, I have to wait until I get home to get it to 'reset' when I can put it back in the charging case as I don't normally bring the case with me. The ring does indeed look pretty and it matches my ARMY ring, but it's really hit or miss when it only works half the time. It's an expensive accessory. On a side note, the hume band seems to be working better than the ring. The free app also takes your body temperature and tells you when you have a fever, which this ring does not do. However, if you want more comprehensive details and breakdown, then you'll have to sign up for a premium plan. Alas, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

This ring is amazing; it has the same functionality as the highest priced rings at a fraction of the price. In my opinion, it is one of the best looking smart rings in the market. The initial setup was very easy and the connectivity was inmmediate. It connects with my iphone and I get all the information from both devices on the health app. The battery last for days, and when it is time to recharge the light blinks red. Recharging the ring is really fast. The app is easy to use and very responsive. The size is accurate so you can check with a different ring or sizing tool before ordering.

I have been using this ring non-stop since purchasing and am extremely satisfied with the look, quality, information it provides, and the long battery life.
