Battery health is 100%, no scratches/dents, and all the sensors/mechanics seem to be working perfectly. Would recommend this seller. About the watch itself, the Ultra 2 is a bigger watch, could be bulky if you’re a smaller person. I always buy refurbished, best value for the money. Being a smart watch, it can be delicate so be careful with it not having a case when working outside, etc. ... show more

I probably should’ve paid closer attention to details: The good: -Watch didn’t have a single scratch or scuff -WatchOS works as expected -Shipping was quick The bad: -Both the Digital Crown and action buttons are broken. Turning the crown has a noticeable resistance. This is very noticeable when compared to another Ultra 2 or other Apple Watches that we have in the household. The action button is loose and audible clicks when touched. -The watch band is not an authentic Apple Ocean band. The replacement window for this watch is generous and Amazon always seems to make things right, so there is that. Returning a watch after tying it to a cellular plan and setting it up is a pain, so it’s certainly a hassle. Other reviews make mention of the third party bands and chargers so I recommend keeping that in mind. ... show more

Had a few concerns while waiting for the watch with it being refurbished however the watch itself arrived in perfect working condition with the exception of some minor scratches. Being that the watch is refurbished I tested as many of the features possible and had no issues. The waterproofing, speakers, microphone and functions all perform as factory! Only complaint or gripe I could make is that the watch of course did not arrive with the original box/ packaging, the charger was a cheap Amazon brand (not capable of fast charging cable so expect 12hrs to get a full charge) and a knockoff oceanic apple band. All and all not one of these complaints can take away from the fact that this was the best price I could get this watch in great condition for. If I had to re live my entire life again and re do everything - I would buy this watch refurbished each time ... show more

While this watch is a very nice item, for anyone who travels International, buyer beware as these watches do not support data roaming, which makes receiving notifications on the watch internationally hit and miss even via Bluetooth. I work very frequently internationally and not being able to receive notifications on the watch when I’m traveling, makes the watch almost useless. I did follow up with an Apple Store and they mentioned the same exact thing. Unfortunately I will have to return the item. ... show more
