Really neat, innovative product for dry eyes. It might drop water on you some, so keep a hand towel or wash cloth on your chest. It helps my dry eyes - I have lots of itchy eye problems and my eye doctor tried to sell me an absurdly expensive set of eye treatments to help my eyes self-lubricate better. Honestly, I’d much rather use this product in the comfort of my home. I’m glad I bought it and I do recommend it.

I like how this device feels on my eyes. It's soothing and relaxing. It works well, BUT it comes with a bag of little crescent shaped foam pads (that look like little foam bananas) that you have to place in shallow grooves in the mask under each eye. Their purpose is to catch water droplets that accumulate from the steam so they don't run down your cheeks and collect in the mask. The problem is they do not stay in place very well at all. I have to be very careful putting the mask on to keep them in place. More times than not, I put it on and immediately feel one of the "bananas" up on my eyelid or on my actual eye and have to take them off and start over. I have tried using the mask without them and didn't like the feeling of the water dripping down my face at all. The groove that's supposed to hold them in place is very shallow and doesn't work well. The addition of the little bananas seems like a inadequate, quick "fix" for the water accumulation issue that the manufacturer came up with after the fact. I do like the mask, and the price is good, but the aforementioned issue is very annoying.

Bought for my wife. She has been getting dry eyes. This device has helped her to avoid the dry eye pains in the morning. Th cups do leave a mark around her eyes afgerbeing on all night or just a couple of hours.

It’s weird at first but then you get used to it. The music gets quite annoying but it’s the only way you know it’s finished. Should allow for music variety. As for refreshing the eyes, it seems to do just that. Highly recommend filtered water.

The idea of this product is very appealing. However, it creates bacteria inside of it and I got an eye infection due to that. This was under a week of owning the product. I used filtered bottle water.
